Grrr a small bit*h here for a second. Nothing worse than thinking you have a fic saved only to open it up and see that the author had pulled it and you only have ONE chapter. Grrrrr I thought I grabbed it before they did that. Soo off to the index here to see if anyone else has it all saved. *sigh*

*sticking head above the parapet* Is it save yet? I suppose he's a fairly good singer (though Leto has done that, and better) and he looks great in photos, so maybe a model? It hasn't hurt David Gandy...I know I'm a hard sell, as I started my career as a critic but, I don't know, for me actors are not the stuff Robert Pattinson is made of, look at Matthew McConaughey and Jared Leto in Dallas Player Club! Mofo! They acted the sh!t out of that film! At the moment RP has such a huge fan base his name can green-light a film but it ain't because he's an amazing actor; come on, surely I can't be the only one who thinks this!

Jasper just reminded me of a dude I used to hook up with ages ago - he was such a stoner and just shout out random things, mainly during sex. Mood Killer that's for sure.

The hubby took me on a date night last as one of his clients gave him a cinema pass (I'm pretty sure she wanted him to go with her though ) and living with the in-laws means that we have built in babysitter.
We went to see 12 Years A Slave last night, thinking this would be the movie that might just turn me off Fassy but I came out it wanting

Trying to decide what to read next... I haven't read a good vampfic in a while. I'm looking for one that is schmexy and has a very swoon worthy Edward. I really really loved the original old fashioned, well-mannered Edward too... but I have liked all my other Edwards too! Any suggestions?

I have it narrowed down to these:

I would recommend Vampire in the Basement, Bonne Foi, Distractions, and The List. I think they are really good. I liked Edward in all of them.

I've just finished reading The Plan by Qwen Salsbury (aka Quantum Fizzix?)

I really enjoyed it and don't remember it being that funny first time round.

The name of the male character took some getting used to but, it is definitely worth the read.

Silverblossom pulled all of her stuff. And then a few months back someone started reposting one of her stories on TWCS. Last I checked it was gone again. Then a few weeks ago I found 'Huh' on Fanfiction. It's the same story from before and under her original name (before she added the Jordan).

Does anyone know if this is her reposting, or if it's a copycat using her name?

Words with Friends/Words with Strangers is my fav of hers. Followed closely by First & Ten. Sideline Collision is good but really? I love Rainbow. Jasper really annoys me in that one.

Have you read the You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login series from Droturno? Semi-canon if Edward didn't come back right away. Or really, if Edward thought Bella moved on only to find she really didn't.... I love this Edward and Bella, though she takes him back right away - you find out later why she kind of had to - she still isn't over the fact he left and does yell at him on occasion. She's not a pushover anymore.

Most of my favorites are on the funny side though... So I really haven't read the ones on your list

Oh I forgot she wrote WWF! That is one of my top 10 favorite fics!

I ended up starting Bonne Foi and so far its good... I'm only about 20% in.

I still haven't read the Broken Angel series... I wanted something a little shorter and I know once I start one of thsoe I'll want to read them all. Is the series finished now?

Her profile mentions her facebook page, which is the same one she had before she pulled her stories. That may be the best way.

Demaris - I won't throw tomatoes your way just yet - you are a hard sell. Trust me - he is a good actor. He just needs to do something you like. Every director he's ever worked with says he's good and they can't all be wrong. I just wish everything he's done lately wasn't/isn't R rated because it means limited release and will never show up in a theater near me and I'm stuck until the DVD comes out.

I just finished reading The Plan (fanfic) a few days ago and was wishing that she will write a longer version. Rickell, is the book the same as the fanfic or is it a longer version?

She was one of the writers targeted for writing stories not in compliance with FFnet's TOS. And technically? She is totally not in compliance. So they keep pulling her stories and she keeps changing her name and stuff. But I don't know why she pulled her stuff from TWCS other than she started publishing them.

And? I find it annoying that she writes almost a whole story and pulls to publish. So not only do you have to pay for the ending, it's no longer Bella & Edward. Since I rarely read WIP's anymore? I haven't read many of hers.

Okay, this is really off topic, but I have been loving watching all these skiers wipe out in the snow-cross events in the Olympics.

it may have something to do with the fact I probably would wipe out on the bunny slopes.

The Celestial Way by GossipLips was taken down to be published she thought it would make a better book than fic apparently.

I can totally understand where you're coming from, Demaris. But I have such a crush on him and I'm usually too busy to ogle his face and imagine all the dirty things I'd like to do to him and his face do to me, so I don't care enough for the acting.
I think the Twilight movies weren't his best performance, but I blame not only Rob, but also the directors and his ever-blinking co-star. *cough/shudder*
I guess (!) he did a good job in Cosmopolis. But to be honest...I only watched it once and didn't understand it, so I'm the last person who should say something.
I love him a lot in Remember Me (my favorite Rob movie so far) and imho he acted great there! But the whole movie is great for me. Great cast, I love the story and it evokes all the right feelings in me.

He's still at the beginning of his career. He can get there if he uses his fame right and I think with the right movies and right directors/producers - whatever they're called - he can become a good actor. I think he has a lot of potential! A very expressive and versatile face.

I'm curious how his future movies will be. I can't imagine him doing romantic comedies to be honest. But neither action movies. I'm sure he goes to the gym to work out, but his figure is not one of an action hero to me. He's still walking funny and seems often awkward. He rocks a suit on the red carpet though. No idea why a suit lets him look less lanky.
But in the end, it doesn't matter. I love him, his wonderful face and his adorkable interviews (especially the early ones). And I can't imagine my crush to be over soon. Maybe never.

She did finish a couple most of them before pulling. The ones she didn't finish were the 5 or so she was working on before the pull.

On another note, since you mentioned the Olympics

..... I just watched Matthew Quinn reenact is breakout from the bathroom on Good Morning America. The muscles on that man...... mmmm. If you get to see yummy hunks like that for being in the Olympics, sign me up. Whew.
