I just don't like Gerard apart from that selfie he did with Bradley Cooper at Wimbledon last year, he kind of annoys me and I don't really know why.

So apparently ( Mary Elizabeth is hoping mad once again....) the author that plagiarised and then published Dusty (...wait a second while I get over that statement) has published another book You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login I can't help but wonder...has she done it again? Now the only car racing fics I've read is Chasing Victory and Claiming Victory by mpg and by the summary it ain't one of those...

Anyhoo, she's just changed the cover on it.
You'd think that she would use a pen name from now on after everything.
She must have some huge cajones to re-publish a book so soon after all that .

Can't rec as I haven't read any of them yet but if you do let me know how they are 

I read some of the excerpts that was yanked from dusty thinking it would be similar and she'd at least tweak it so it didn't seem so obviously plagiarized or put it in her version, but noooo it was almost ripped word for word. I'm gonna go with certifiable. Even when I was borrowing from sources to write essays I wouldn't do that.

I have to laugh as I remember when it was first brought to everyone's attention what had happened and, I can't remember who it was, came on here to post about it and wrote "Demaris is going to go ape-shit when she finds out" I was such a Dusty Addict at the time, every other word I'd type would have a Dusty reference...I think the ladies were all rather glad when I went to France (with little or no internet access) for a while that year......

This convo reminded me not to drink while at PTS

I have known this particular friend more than half my life! I'm putting it down to her being a Born Again, her sense of what's hot is shot to hell (pardon the pun). Apologises to any Born Agains that might be...you know, born again.....on here.

They sure do, LMAO, I may have lingered a little longer than was necessary reading your posts...High Fives to Loopy and Ficfangirl.

I just read the most disappointing fanfic EVER...as in when the author was building toward the climax when Edward seems to have a secret... This happens:

"Blah blah blah bonding with girls and getting over Edward stuff here.

Blah blah blah business with Alice...

Too bad, i really liked the story and writing up to chapter 8, then it all went downhill from there. Like she couldn't be bothered to write properly anymore. You know her potential based on what she had already written, then she just like gives up. 

Arrrgggh, this is stressing me out more, doshgarnit! 

Have to read a one shot to cleanse...i just hope the next one will be a good one...to the end
