This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

I have been such a lurker to this wonderful discussion and I finally wanted to come out of lurking and say hello. I now have soooo many TBR that I have added to my list from this great place. I know you have all been around here for awhile but if you are looking for another crazy obsessed fanfictioner to add to your group please count me in. I just finished the nightingale journals and I loved it. It may help that I am an RN who works the night shift. I am almost done with Fridays at noon but having a readers block with Edward's issues and I can tell it's his almost new moon moment. Instead of finishing it I have been obsessed with the talking dirty Edward contest. So much fun!!! Ok sorry for babbling. Hope I am not a bug and that I can join this group of sex minded, fun loving, fanfic manics that you all are

Welcome! I still feel like a newbie myself, but I guess I'm not. When I first started to speak up, I thought of myself as lame for lurking so much, but then I started to give a shout out to some of the fics I read. Now it seems I'm lame at lurking because I can't seem to shut up sometimes. But this is a welcoming and chatty bunch, so I don't feel so shy anymore. Nice to have you out of the shadows!

Oh, I am bummed. You know that kind of bummed when you read a really good story, then go to see what else they've written, only to discover the author left the fandom? Yeah, that kind of bummed.

I just finished Pistols and Petticoats by saltire884. It was a really good Western period piece set in Montana 1889. This sweet story follows Bella's considerable growth to a strong woman with a misunderstood, but yummy Edward by her side. I only see one other story by saltire884 archived, anyone know what happened to this writer?
