This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general.  But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement. 

Okay, here is a place to discuss what you are reading, ask for recommendations and complain about the writing.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, so please play nice

I finished Antiques Roadshow this morning...   Am I the only one that didn't really like it?   I've only ever heard positive things about it, but I thought it was sort of boring and I didn't really feel the connection between these two.   Not sure if it was too short or what.  Maybe I just wasn't into it?  Maybe it's the curse of reading Wide Awake before it?   :D
I really liked it.  But it is fluffy with no real angst, so it is not everyone's cup of tea. 

That said? It could very well be because you just finished Wide Awake.  I always find after I've read a really great story, it is hard to find anything that holds my interest.  Hence my tendency to reread stuff I liked.   ;D

Hello Everyone!  :)

Not sure if this has been posted about yet or not. But it looks like the summer trolls are back at fanfiction.net. As I was downloading completed fic's I noticed this message on a  "Please Help Me"  post.

Please note that your fic is in violation for non-story content as well as interactive behavior. I suggest that you delete and upload on your profile, a forum, or a different website.

Thank you for your time.

Entries not allowed:
1. Non-stories: lists, bloopers, polls, previews, challenges, author notes, and etc.
2. One or two liners.
5. Any form of interactive entry: choose your adventure, second person/you based, Q&As, and etc.

Now they are calling there group "Eliminator."

Have "M" fics started disappearing again? I haven't had a lot of time lately to download but will make time if the witch hunt has started again. :unamused:

LOL Ohh Ficfangirl,  I am with you it is Ella's fault but I still love her for it   :-* Yeah,  I have a few more communities to look thru but i should be good.  Just have to check my favorite author list.  although 16k stories is kinda pushing it LOL   :D

A little something I discovered when voting for something else - for each web browser I opened, I was able to cast a new vote.

I finished it on the weekend - and loved it! I can understand what you mean about the ending, perhaps a little rushed, but I like that it was belaboured over.

Is that even a word - I'm running on 2 hours sleep a  night. I need it to be Friday afternoon!
