This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Okay, here is a place to discuss what you are reading, ask for recommendations and complain about the writing.

Yeah, I thought Rob acted like he was attracted to SAF, but she always acted like the shy virgin. When we know in the book Bella always initiated the kissing. Or at least always got carried away. It was something that always bothered me.

Heck, Reese had better chemistry with Rob than SAF did.

Yeah, Reece was better. I haven't seen his latest films. Does he have good chemistry in any of those?

RDM, you have won me round. After those last few pics of Ian in a suit? Yeah, I can see him now as CG...There is no denying he can rock a well cut suit!

I guess it also depends on what they do with the screenplay. I'd hate Ian to get trapped in a bad film. Whichever way they go, I hope the leading couple has chemistry. We've all seen this happen to Rob. (I doubt I'm the only one who thought he and SAF lacked on screen).

...and here we have be crux of the matter...Do we want a poor Ian's career to come tumbling down via FSOG? My advice to Ian? Stick to Vampire Diaries (is that still on BTW?) Let some actor no one care about take the part, that way if it flops (which, let be honest, its a very likely possibility) then *shrug* oh well. And if it's a success an newcomer get a career and becomes a

Yeah, Reece was better. I haven't seen his latest films. Does he have good chemistry in any of those?

It's hard to say. I saw Bel Ami and there was some chemistry there, especially with Christina Ricci. I don't remember the rest. I saw it a while ago. It's kind of a boring film, unfortunately. At least as far as I'm concerned. I'm not so big on the art film type movies.

Who am I kidding, I usually only watch movies if my husband makes me, or the pretty is in them. And then I only watch to drool over the pretty.

I had a feeling you would know which part of a movie, well, I guess it was a TV show, that had Ian gloriously um yeah....

That was what I remembered. Good thing I work at home most of the time.

I read a novella, didn't do a thing for me.
So I saw this and I since I absolutely FLUV Grasping Darkness.
Is this my next fic?

How did you get away with that one?

No one knows the real reason behind the name Masen. My husband and sons have no clue and the rest of My family all thinks it a cute name, even my sister who got me into Twilight has no clue! (although, to be fair to her she doesn't read or understand my fascination with twifics).

My first choice would have been Cullen but that would have be to obvious!

I second Screamers. Funny with some angst. And best of all? The pretty has a supporting role.

I don't normally like real persons in fics, but this was done well. And it's Edward /Bella.

I liked Pettyfer in I Am Number 4 and that beauty in the beast film, but I still like Ian for this!

I would have said Pettyfer was too young...until I saw these pictures.
