This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

So, I finished Blood and Glory (and liked it!), but was ordered to read Embattled Minds by JM Madden (a real book).

Anyway, I got confused and read You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login first, but loved it so much that I went straight on to You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login.

There are some similarities - hot, ex military men. One even has a stutter, like Edward in B&G.

Nice, quick reads, hot lemons.

Thanks for the encouraging words on the catch up post! I was worried it was too wordy or that I missed something important. Sometimes I have trouble determining what's important and what's not, and include too many insignificant details.

On another note I finished Lolashoes' You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login! I can't believe it! It was good, but sooo loooong (my copy was 1483 pages!) Lots and lots and lots of lemons, but underneath it all is actually a really good story that I think replaces Breaking Dawn in the best way I've ever read. A new canon for me. The second half of the book was much better than the first half and ended on a high note. I'm going to go ahead and read the third book now.

So glad you ended up liking A Life Extraordinary! I agree with you that it was wonderful replacement for Breaking Dawn! It was very very long and I guess that is what kept me from reading the third one right after... I got side tracked and haven't went back to it yet. Please keep us posted on what you are thinking about the third part.
