Thread #7 - We are crazy talkers here! Join in the fun!

ADULT DISCUSSION HERE, SO TRY TO KEEP IT CLEAN! UM NO, WAIT! IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED, LOOK AWAY NOW!

This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general.  But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Okay, here is a place to discuss what you are reading, ask for recommendations and complain about the writing.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, so please play nice

Because we know drypen's watching

Just realised that this is my 15,000th post, so I thought I might as well use it wisely.  :P :P

Just love how my baby goes from sexy and smoldering (and probably plotting someone'e death :P) in the above pic into be really cute in this one.  ^-^

Excellent use of your 15,000th post.  You are a busy girl.  Maybe I should go find a few to delete and you can do it again.   >:D

Yeah, I want to kick Bella's head in.....I like an Actorward but this is sh!t. I'm not even half way through..f-ing hell *sigh*

When I reread it? I skim a lot.  And I mostly just read one view or the other, not both.  Both is too much when not a WIP  :D :D :D :D

Going back to the Reeses discussion:  One Reeses product Great Britain doesn't have (or didn't a couple of years ago) is the Reeses Big Cup - its a large Peanut Butter Cup.  One of the writers on Twilighted was addicted to Reeses and then another writer in Washington State told her about the Big Cups.  She sent her a shipment of them - Claire was ecstatic and over the moon.  She tried to make them last for awhile.

That is very sad.  I love root beer!  Especially with ice cream....

Loopy - with all your adventures, I dunno how you have had time to post that many, but I loved the celebratation post.

Reece cups are my fav candy. I prefer the miniatures. They are just the right amount to put it all in your mouth and savor. *snort*

I forget. lollies are non chocolate candies in the land down under- correct?

Never read wwf/wws. Of course at the rate I'm going, I will be 20 yrs older like Jamie before I have time to try. Other than a wip here or there, I've been reading books.

Spent a lot of time on tripadvisor tonight looking at Scotland. How the hell am I suppose to do a country in a week!!??? Looks like most of my stuff is either Highlands (Inverness, Ft. William, Loch Ness), a little in Aberdeen and Edinburg or over by Isle of Skye. Sigh. I need more time or I will kill myself.  :o

Started Outlander Book 2 and I must say that the first 15% is quite boring so far...   I know, I know! They have to set things up, but gah! I am not a fan of reading about all the political stuff.    I'm going to keep reading!

Big cups ---  *drool*    Of course, I like the tiny miniature ones too.    I'm just a big fan of the chocolate, peanut butter combination in just about any form actually.   :)

Ella - I was noticing the tags at the bottom, since our previous ones have been rather hilarious.
single fatherward?

Since I saw Fassy, I was going to add Jamie (it will work for Dornan or Fraser  :) ) but it wouldn't allow me to add.

Fanficgirl. I think the Jaime / Jamie might be a merging of words and wishes in French.
J'aime Jamie !   :D

Honey, DIA almost made me stop the whole series. You heard me rant forever. Demaris is the only thing that kept me going.  5 , yes 5 restarts with books between got me through France. It's the last 1/5 of the book that got so damn good. You remember me coming in, throwing DIA across the room and picking up Voyager and stomping back out?

I never thought those words would eva come outta my mouth. I feel for ya, I do. I almost never made it and it was almost my first ever DNF.

on reese's, we have those here too. my family loves them. i also prefer the miniatures as its easier to eat/pop in your mouth in one go. i would look so uncouth if i popped one whole cup in my mouth, like I would actually like to. [emoji12]

we also have the reese's pieces here. but I still prefer the miniatures.

I discovered that M&M also had 2 new flavors: peanut butter and mint. Love them
both!

here, what americans call candy are what we call chocolate (reese, twix, snickers etc). lollipops are lollipops. candies to us are all those small ones like werthers, white rabbit, mentos etc. the latest pic of menzi is what we call jelly candies (like gummy bears). [emoji1]

Just got the giggles.

If you look at all the subjects touched on ONE page, like this one, it's a wonder we don't scare the shit outta people who might visit our thread. Eye candy, to lollies, to books, to fanfics, to reece cups, to Scotland, to savoring items in our mouth, to etc, etc.
