Loopy - I adore you but the mayo peanut butter combo is making my stomach cringe.  Separately they're fine but together - ugh!

didn't just show back up!   Claire thinks he might challenge him to a duel, but I can't remember what happens so I'm on the edge of my seat wondering whats going to happen.

You have a ways yet.... Right much happens during/ after the duel.

I have been wanted to read all weekend, but I guess I cannot complain. Hubs has kept me verra busy.  >:D. Heading out tomorrow for the week, so I need to catch up with My Nightengale since the Epi posted and I should finish Voyager. After DIA, I am surprised I haven't foundered any.

I'm glad I'm not alone in the whole buying the DVD idea.  :D :D

No-one goes to see MM for the acting or if they do they're at the wrong movie.  :P :P
Only just over 4 months until MM XXL.  :cheer: :cheer:I've been meaning to PM or post on here as I need you to rec me some Sterek fics as I'm Twific'd out atm.
Finally started season 4 of TW, season 3 took me forever to watch as it had twice as many epi's as season 1 & 2.  :(

This this this. First Sterek fic I read, and it hooked me.

It's all human, no supernatural stuff. Other than basic personality characteristics, it's totally different, so no real knowledge of the show is needed. It's funny and sexy and sweet and I just adore this fic.

If you follow me on GR, I do have a Sterek shelf, I always review the stuff I really like, so long as it's on GR.

The overall pass rate for the licensing exam in Texas is higher, but varies wildly by school.  Some law schools have a 90% pass rate, while others have a 25% pass rate.
LOL!  My favorite is the 2 schools that had 100% pass rates for the last exam.  Only 1 person from each school took the test.  The school I'm at wasn't very high. But since it caters to part time students, I didn't expect much.  Overall, the passing rates in July 2014 were the worst I've ever seen.   :o

Wow... That has a lot of reviews! Have you read it?
it was an early fiction and very popular. It was on my TBR list when she pulled it or it got removed. Probably during that time when ffnet was pulling stuff right and left and the authors were getting p*ssed off and removing what hadn't been pulled. I got the copy from Twilighted but not sure about the one from ffnet.  Anyway, I keep forgetting about it because it wasn't in my Calibre. :P

  • Hi! I'm Ellachanted and I'm a fanfic-oholic.
I really love the car OBL. You can always call it "The Pretty" after Rob LOL!  ;)

Loopy, I love mayo and I love PB. But together?  That sounds really yuk. *shutters*  I actually learned how to make mayo. It's just eggs, oil, some kind of acid and ground mustard.  I didn't think I wanted mustard in my mayo so I didn't put it in the first time I made it. Didn't taste right. It was much closer to real mayo flavor with the mustard.   ;D

Question to all you learned souls out there, which is correct or are both correct...can not or cannot. If you hyphenate doesn't it mean it's one word? Course not....doesn't ...the rule or the exception. Solve the burning debate. Yes, I know, I need to get a life.

So, peanut butter and chocolate......just yuck!!!!!! Hazelnut and chocolate now that's the right combo.

According to my sources, cannot is the preferred form.  That's what I use when I'm drafting letters, contracts, etc.

I hadn't heard of Illegal Contact before...  the summary reminded me a little bit of The Practicum which I loved.   Have you guys read Illegal Contact and did you like it?
I read both stories you mentioned and liked them. Illegal Contact is completely different from The Practicum. The only similarity is that they`re both teachers and that Edward is new in town.

Anybody happen to catch the Red Carpet pre-Oscars last night?  I didn't happen to watch the Red Carpet but after hearing about Melanie Griffith's rant about Fifty on the radio this morning, I wish I had seen it.  Melanie was evidently her daughter's date - Dakota was presenting on stage (and I don't remember what she presented - unless it was introducing 3 of the movies up for an Oscar).  Lara Spencer from Good Morning America made the mistake of asking Melanie if she'd been to Fifty and Melanie gave her an earful.  Melanie is evidently not happy with her daughter's choice of a movie role.   On another note:  RD the Rob pictures are from a charity auction - can't remember the name of the auction - he attends every year - it has to do with a South American project - its put on by a director friend whose name is escaping me at the moment - had to do with homeless people in Peru - they make instruments, etc. from garbage dump material and I think this is the auction where Rob won the guitar made of recycled material.

I love to listen to scores while I read. My least fav movies of the series was New Moon, but to me, it is the best score to listen to of the series.

I was also happy when Bear McCreary released the score to Outlander. Now it goes so well with what I am reading.

It is a really cool project in Paraguay called the Recycled Orchestra, and they do indeed make instruments out of trash and the kids come from a neighborhood where they and their parents work in the dump.  They are making a documentary about it You are not allowed to view links. Yes thank you - that's the one - I got the country wrong but I had the right first letter.  I still can't remember the director's name - Alan something?  Rob was at his house for a gathering and they jammed with guitars and the guy's sister I think did drums.   Rob hasn't worked for him but he may in the future.  This is so annoying - not remembering the name.
