Love love love the British... but I wasn't sure if the music was different out there.. only been there once a long time ago.. I loved it but I don't remember the music.. when I went to iTunes to listen to it all these reviews were saying how brilliant she is so I was wondering if it came from British people, cause maybe they listen to music like that .. Has anyone else seen the Taylor Swift video featuring Scott Eastwood? They look really good together. I think I might have a bit of a girl crush, because I thought Taylor Swift looked great in those 1920s safari style clothes! Of course, Scott looked absolutely edible. I wonder if he has any new movies coming out?
I think I just died in a pool of drool watching that. So I can gather he has a movie out next month: Diablo and another one (Mercury Plains) due out before the end of the year, which definitely helps as the one I'm most looking forward too (Suicide Squad) isn't out until next year.
No problem hun, I know that we had a similar discussion on here a while ago and I even asked my daughter what her and her friends think of her music as I thought it might be an age thing, as I'm in my 30's and she's 17 I thought she might "get" and enjoy it but apparently neither her or any of her friends do. I read the first 3 books and "chronicles" of R.L Mathewson's Neighbor From Hell series plus the 3 Honeymoon fom Hell over the past few days. I like her writing style/stories, funny and sexy.Also just finished Marian Tee's My Dutch Billionaire trilogy. It's her usual stuff/storyline/situations. I liked it and it's a short read, palate cleanser so i can go back to the remainng books in the NFH series.
I'm reading Dissonance by mortissues. It recently completed. I thought this author did Bella/Jasper fics, but this one is a Bella/Edward fic. Thanks, I'll look into those. Of course my asthma just decided to flare up like it hasn't in years on top of allergies and a cold so I don't even have the energy for reading even if I am ignoring the kids or they are in bed. Luckily I was able see the doctor this morning and got a steroid shot and a whole bunch of medicine so I should be reading again soon.I thought it was a great video and didn't really see the criticism, but I wasn't looking at with a critical eye.
Okay, I know this is random but I was watching BD2 this weekend with my 13 yr old niece and she asked me how Alice could "see" the wolves in the fight scene yet she's apparently "blind" to them any other time (like when Bella was cliff diving).Thinking of it, I've never noticed this before and now it's bugging me (sad I know ) but anyone have any clues about this as it's driving me nuts.
Did they ever explain why everyone's gifts worked on the wolves but Alice's? Edward could read their minds, Jasper could calm them or wind them up, but Alice couldn't see any future if the wolves were involved, just seems weird.
I think there was also a concept of them being different. She could see humans because she had been one and she could see vampires because she was one. She couldn't see the wolves or the half-vamps because she hadn't ever been one. Although, you'd think she'd be able to see the half-vamps because they were made up of the two things she had been. Go figure.
LOL! I think she saw Renesme after she was born. It was only as a fetus she had problems.
Did she? I mean in the movie yeah, but I find that somewhat book.
