Hello Ladies, long time no see. I have been immersed in the HP world and loving it. Having said that I found that one of my fav authors Simaril, has started a new fic called The Girl In The Meadow (shades of Doctor Who if you ask me but none the worse for that). The fic is only 2 chapters in but she is a reliable author.Bella arrives in Forks with a lifetime of memories of Edward and their time together. The only problem is that Edward hasn't met her yet. So I'm using the calibre FF plug in for ff.net, for the first time in ages. Has it always been this slow?? It's much faster with AO3!
Thanks. I changed my default browser to IE and then closed Calibre and re-opened it. I tried to update my fictionpad stories, but I am still getting the same error.
So I learned something about this error that some of us are getting, and I don't think it a problem with the downloader or our browser. I have Calibre 2.16 on my laptop and have Chrome as my default browser. I tried to update the fictionpad stories from there, and it worked. To me this looks like a problem with Calibre 2.19. I want to go back to the 2.18 but the system told me I would have to uninstall Calibre first. So, I have to ask does anyone know what will happen to my libraries if I do that?
