what are the published titles? can you put a Goodreads link if available, please? Thanks
FFG! I am surprised...but as I'm totally crushing on you I can't be mad.
Happy Mothers Day to all of you on the board PS for anyone that rereads stories, have you ever read something a second time and wondered how in the world you made it through the first time? I'm going through something right now and wondering why I didn't realize it was so poorly written.
Lol. You can definitely adopt my Mum hun especially after tonight. So we went to see Frank and I friggin loved it. It's a pretty dark comedy, Maggie G is pretty damn decent in it but Fassy certainly stole the show even though he doesn't take the head off. If Fassy decides to quit making movies to make sweet music I would definitely be at the front of the line to buy his album as has such a great voice even a paper mache head. Oh btw, it's "inspired" and based on the memories Jon Ronson has of Frank Sidebottom, so probably not the film for you Mrs Fassy. To make up for that sad fact here's some pretty pics for you
I've been in a crappy mood the last few days so the sweet PM I got from a newbie, learning that you're crushing on me, and 2amlovesick's sympathetic ear helped to lighten my mood today. Thanks! Here in the US we celebrate Mother's Day on Sunday, May 11. While I might be grumpy on the day due to my husband being unexpectedly stupid (long story and I blame his Y chromosome), I hope all you other mothers have a great day!
Ok, just want to share. For a big old girl like me (literally), to have random FOREIGN guys send me a friend request on my real facebook, i am a bit flattered but also a little creeped out. How do they even know me when we have no mutual friends and my setting is "friends only"? "Hi, you seem like a good person and i'd like to get to know you better. Hope we can be friends." Errr, no. Have to admit, i am attracted and tend to look at foreigners (americans, europeans) roaming the streets (i work in the business district where most foreigners/expats stay/work). Tempting to have male foreign friends but unless i know you from work or via a relative, i will not ask you to be a friend nor will i accept your friend request. My status is Married, dumbass!!! But hey, thanks for making me feel good about myself. End of rant... Coz i very well can't post that in FB or answer their message Thanks for lending me your ears.
Booked you are too funny! What do yo mean you tend to look at American and European men 'roaming' the streets? That made me laugh out loud.
I might go and watch it anyway..Sidebottom or not. I wanna hear Fassy sing! This is one of my favourite scene in the history of motion pictures. Just that expression on his face! You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
For those of you who like it hot.Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
I'd gladly show you if ever you visit my country See, the 4-5 star hotels are around the business district, near the classy malls. My route going home passes through the heart of it, where you either see handsome looking foreigners wearing suits (ridiculous for our weather) or jeans/cargo pants. Suits: defintely here on business. Jeans: tourist. So i literally see them roaming around (ok, walking). But at night they go prowling, you know what that means. When i see them along the sidewalks or crossing the street, my eyes zero in on those very tall, white/tanned guys that don't belong with the usual pedestrian crowd. I would even tell my husband "hey, that guy's handsome!". He just smirks at me. What can i say, reading all the english romance books, watching american films... all these have made me pay attention to foreigners more. Now don't get me started on their accents bec that would mean i was in speaking distance with them. It is so hard to be professional when you are wondering: is his cock big? Cut? (I blame MFHD for that) Thankfully, i've only encountered a handful of visiting bankers that made me think this way. The rest were just ordinary looking folks, nothing to scramble my brains. Sorry to objectify, am only a naughty but harmless human.
He does have a great voice. Here's a compilation of your hubby singing, I love the remark at the end of this vid. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

When I found myself reading Dusty it was only because I'd seen it in so many of my favorite authors favorites, and it was complete so I read the whole thing in about half a day. I wish I'd been able to talk about this story after I read it, but it actually turned out to be what my first post here was about! I think I've seen demaris mention how it would of been easier to take in as a work in progress than having the complete story in its entirety. Since there were two people writing it, sometimes the tone and writing style doesn't really match up, so you'll have one really nice reflective chapter followed by a narrative of someone that's in a bad place. I'm not one to read WIP stories, but if I had read this while they were posting chapters every few weeks, I'd probably read and let myself ruminate over the chapters and then be cool for the next couple chapters that post, and do the same thing. I'm so bad at trying to elaborate on stories I've read, but a roller coaster is definitely an apt description for Dusty. It's a very long and mentally exhausting ride and by the end of the story I was so done. I don't think I'd been that annoyed over fictional words since JK Rowling went and made Ron and Hermione canon. My poor teenage feelings! Someone on here pinpointed it for me that Team Bella writes very destructive characters. It seems like she's a fan of Edward and Bella being together, but she just wants to make it real hard for them to get there. The majority of her stories deal with some type of addiction, this is just going by the pulled stories of hers that I've read. Aha Shake being the only exception and honestly the best story, ever.
ALSO I realized earlier this week that I was complaining on the old thread about YellowGlue's Trippin, being way too long and boring, when it was actually another YellowGlue vampward fic that I was getting it confused with. The Worst of the Weather and Rose Like Thunder is 400 pages and the first 160 are from BPOV, and the rest is basically a repeat from EPOV. Trippin' is perfect, amazing, great and all those adjectives.
I might go and watch it anyway..Sidebottom or not. I wanna hear Fassy sing! This is one of my favourite scene in the history of motion pictures. Just that expression on his face!

What movie is this from? I've seriously never seen your "Fassy" in anything before... Is that grounds for getting kicked out of our club? You know us American ladies feel the same way about foreign guys... Accents are super attractive! Particularly guys from Australia or England etc.
It's from Shame (full frontal within the first 2 minutes!!). Mrs Fassy might threaten to kick you out but just show her a pic of the hubby and you'll be fine. It's like the magpie effect.
