I'm taking a little fanfiction break and reading Beautiful Creatures...  I'm still not sure if I like it or not.   It just seems "ok" to me so far.    Anyone else read the series?

Yeah I'm only on page 49 of God knows how many and nothing has happened! Nada! 

So I'm slowly making my way through this year's TV (my WIPhobia extends to TV series, I don't watch anything until the season is complete)  and having finished The Good Wife I'm now on GOT. God! I love this show, and still, having read all the books (published so far; damn you George R R Martin!! )  the end of an episode always leave me with a sad lump in my throat (knowing what coming) it was worse at the end of the first two seasons but it still not gotten any easier. 

BTW I'm not that keen on that Claire Beauchamp (Outlander)...is it me or is she a bit of a selfish b!tch?

First, how far are you into the GoT TV series?  I think it's one of the best shows ever on television.   I read part of the first book but enjoyed the show more so haven't returned to the books except to read some about my favorite characters.    There was one episode that nearly killed me...  I'm trying to remember which one it was...  maybe 3.9? (
I read 5 of the Outlander books and then got side tracked and never went back.   She is an amazing writer but the level of detail was just a bit too much for me.   I remember thinking I was going to poke my eyes out if she described this certain mountain/hillside one more time.   I watched the first episode on the starz website and did like it so I'm trying to decide whether or not to subscribe to Starz for the rest of the season.  I think I heard they're doing 8 episodes and then a long break and then 8 more in the spring?

I know. It just sucked me in too. 

I bought the DVD for 4.2 but never watched it LOL. It wasn't until one Saturday when I was flipping channels and saw it on that I watched it. I knew about the ending so it didn't freak me out. But I don't like how they changed it to make it "exciting" 

I love it all.. Books and movies   I'm really good at separating the books from their movie counterparts.. I just like to see the interpretation come to life! I've read the books so many times, they always just suck me in and I'm pulled under until I've got them completed   Seen the movies too many times to count *ahahaha..

I read the first book, haven't gotten to the others yet. I enjoyed it! The movie... eehhh.. not so much... Usually I love movie interpretations, but this one.. IDK

Haven't had problems with ads/automatically opening the app store. I swear i didn't do anything! Just my luck, maybe? If it helps Mr. Admin in his investigation, i always use the desktop version on my ipad.

While we're on the tech support topic, i like the new header and scroll bar that was added. But can you tell him the header gets in the way when writing posts? It covers the emoticons. Maybe he can remove the header when we are at the posting a reply screen?

I like when Rosalie is Bella's best friend more than I like Alice truthfully. I love her in Virgins & Villains and in Words with Friends. I don't really read anything where she is the main character though.

I got a "Database error message" when i modify my message. It would seem that any words after an emoticon can't be posted/analyzed.

I had a problem yesterday but I can't blame it on the site - I lost my internet connection right when I was trying to post.  Other than that problem everything's been hunky dory.  Thanks for asking tightlybound where she lives Booked - I was thinking about doing it but you did before I got around to it.
