Loopy - I haven't seen the first season of Vikings, but I watched the second season and enjoyed it. It was fun trying to figure out who was a turncoat and who wasn't. Tricky, these Vikings.
I've been wondering this same thing. The previews look good! I'm wondering if it's as graphic as HBO shows like Game of Thrones. I feel like there are very few lines that HBO is unwilling to cross. LOL We're watching the second season now... sometimes there will be a moment when I think "Oh no, surely they wouldn't do that!" and then... they do!
Game of Thrones had an audience of 7 million plus people a couple of weeks ago per the Neilson Ratings which is really good for a cable show. Vikings when its on also gets really good ratings for a cable show. I unfortunately went to basic cable (20 stations) because I couldn't afford the regular cable anymore. So - I don't get either one. PLEASE HELP!! I am in a MAJOR fanfic slump! I can't find anything that appeals to me! I need a super good rec. I'm seriously considering rereading and that kind of makes me sad! LOL I honestly can't remember the last fanfic I read that I absolutely LOVED. But the fanfic that keeps coming to mind while I search is Unplanned Perfection by: littlecat358, I love this fic. A few of my all times faves are:-There Will Be Blood & Freedom by JohnnyBoy-Most SexiLexi -The Cullen Legacy by: PattyRose-Anything Political -Most of the "Classics" (Not a fan of EP) - I like a strong Bella, all the Crew to be in the story but only E&B point of view, I like my stories long! like over 200,000 words- No High School and preferably no college, I don't do Vamp., I like MOTU but most BDSM's are just too much.My issue with finding a good fic. recently is I can't find one that's not immaturely written! Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! I am a college student and my summer just started so I need good stuff to read and I am finding nothing! I downloaded a file that was azw and I can't open it. Do you guys use them? Is there an app that opens them? If not, does calibre convert it? I tried convert files but it didn't work and I'm on my phone right now.

Azw are Kindle files. It may have DRM still on it. You won't be able to do anything with it until the DRM is removed. The only person who can remove it is the original owner. I've had some luck with Calibre on my own downloads but not on anyone else's. I think I have had only one or two not convert after the DRM was removed. I discovered it was because they were "pictures" of the original book, not actual written books. Like the funky PDFs.
My phone has a kindle app but it still won't open...

Okay, this is me b$tching about Android's inability to recognize Kindle files. I can't get my Kindle phone app to open anything other than what I download from Amazon including stuff I've emailed to my account. Any mobis I download or even just transfer to the phone? Yeah, "there's no program to open this type of file" So it has to somehow get into the Kindle library folder.
Lol, I can't even say that to my hubby as he's so noisy and just randomly sits and reads over my shoulder, he often whinges that I over-share on here.
