Don't tell Drypen (cuz she's a little cowboy crazy), but I've been at the Houston Rodeo watching big, strong, hot cowboys in one of their natural habitats. Watching those guys ride horses and bulls, rope calves, and wrestle steer to the ground is eye popping! *fans self*

Yorkshire, England - the Brontes' used to live in my town before they moved to Howarth which is about 20 miles away.

I forgot, how was your exam today?

I hope everything went good ...I'm waiting for the results of the written exam and I'm studying for the oral part..yes they give the results the night before the oral exam so you study and go crazy for a week even though there is the possibility that you haven't passed the written part so you can't access to the oral...I really hate this sadic professors!

Thank you, I think I am just across the Pennines from you. I live in an old mill town, but which ever way you go out of it you come to countryside (or the motorway)

That sounds about right. I am about 25 miles from Howarth.

I live on the outskirts of another old mill town. At least the countryside is lovely and full of history.

The town where I live is not very pretty. Most of the shops have closed down, replaced with pound stores and second hand shops. Like most people I know I only go into the town centre if I need to use the bank. Most people round here travel to one of the large town centres or retail parks, or, if they're lazy like me, buy on the internet! Even the market in my town is pretty poor these days. I could never say this was a lovely little town, cos until the mills closed down it was always covered in smog! But at least the town centre was worth shopping in when I was a kid. The countryside around here looks better now it doesn't have any pit head gear or smoky chimney's in the distance!

I don't think KStew is a lesbian, but who cares? The only thing I know is she is a p**s poor actress who got lucky when a low budget film rocketed her to fame on the coat tails of a good looking guy and the famous books. Sorry if this offends anybody, just my opinion.

How sad is it that you are describing my town, or, pretty much any of the old mill towns in Northern England?

No wonder people think it's grim up North!!
