Plymouth is cold and windy - no surprise there I wish we got snow just once.

My project got confirmed today! So I've been accepted into my first choice of dissertation, thank goodness. Now if only I didn't have a study group from 5pm onwards, today would be great

Yeah, yeah, you keep telling yourself that.  But when you have a hard drive full of fanfiction? It's just an addiction 

Though as far as addictions go? Reading is probably the best...and reading free fanfiction is better than going broke buying drugs. 

Sigh.... at least that's what I tell myself

I'm 5ft even. My middle son is 6ft 4. Still don't know how the heck that happened. I'm the shortest adult in both mine and my husbands families.
You know how people shrink when they get old?  Yeah, I'm going to end up 2 feet tall.

Just read lots of a story before realising it was incomplete - really creams my corn when that happens! Everything is paling next to the Up in the Air series I read over the past few days. SO hot. I read through most of it like Definitely not for reading in public

Sorry to keep you waiting, but thanks for the eye candy.  I'll admit I did not take pictures, maybe because I was too busy drooling and having inappropriate thoughts about the cowboys.  Besides, they were actually riding the horses and bulls, etc. so they had all their clothes on.  They were still magnificent to watch.  I had to laugh a little at the interviews though.  When they're introducing some of the past champions, they'll run some interviews on the jumbotron.  It always seems like the bullriders have higher pitched voices than you would expect out of such big, strong men.  I attribute it to all the pressure they put on their balls when riding the bulls!  The steer ropers and wrestlers don't seem to have the same affliction. 

Today I took my boys to the carnival and stock show that runs with the rodeo.  My oldest son rode the mechanical bull.  If I can figure out how to do it, maybe I'll post his picture - he's only 14, so no inappropriate speculations!
