Steak & BJ Day is a holiday celebrated one month after Valentine's Day on March 14. The day was popularised by Tom Birdsey a radio show host on FNX radio in 2002 after Jalapeno Poppers & Rim Job Day proved unpopular.
Some say it was invented by the Romans in 269AD, and institutionalized through St Valentine’s cousin, Claudius Fellatio. Others suggest that when World War II ended in 1945, president Harry S. Truman had the FBI covertly spread the word to act as a “welcome home” for the troops. All we really know, is that it’s pretty damn awesome.
Steak and BJ Day was founded because Valentine's Day is a made up holiday for women and vegetarians; so it is only fair that there is an equivalent holiday for normal people. The holiday has proven to be even bigger than Christmas with restaurants such as Hooters Restaurant reporting that customers were pleased to offer "a big tip" on such days.

This happened to me this morning... I wasn't the only one in the house but apparently the only one to hear the doorbell. The bathroom is next to the door... But what is really bad is when you shower, someone is at the door and noone else around to answer I somehow managed to dry myself and put clothes on in about a minute - it was someone who lived in this house fifty years ago and wanted to look at the garden again.

I have Kindle for PC on my laptop because I couldn't open mobi files on my computer. So now I can download and open them, and also convert them online for my e-reader. I haven't had a problem with it.

I have a vague memory that I posted the instructions for this somewhere here - I'll try to find it and repost it.

I think my techtardedness is making me misunderstand your question, but I'll answer anyway.

I save all my books and fics on my laptop. I have a Sony e-reader that's now 2 1/2 years old - I love it, which is good, because it's been the only other thing in my bed for a long time!

There have been a few things that I have downloaded from Amazon (or from other sites - you all know my wicked, evil side when it comes to movies, music and books... - don't judge me!) that have been mobi or azw files that I couldn't open so I downloaded Kindle for PC, but I hate reading from my laptop, so I needed a way to get them from my PC to my e-reader, and also convert them to pdf/epub because that's the best file type for my e-reader. I can also move them onto my iphone and my ipad, and I've even saved some onto the server at work so that teachers can put them onto their interactive white boards for reading lessons. I also share my books - as I would with real paper books - with a few friends who all have different types of readers and tablets.

Anyway, the first thing I had to do was remove the protection (DRM) - I still haven't found a way to remove itunes protection (and I haven't looked for about 6 months because this works for me). I use Kindle DRM Removal that I purchased here: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and I also use ePUBee DRM Removal from You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

It's really simple - basically, you just locate the file (that is the trickiest part of the entire process) that you've downloaded from Amazon (mine is in a default folder called My Kindle Content) and then you just click a button and it converts and re-saves without the DRM.

Then, I go here: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and change it to pdf or epub or whatever format I want.

Easy!

I haven't read that particular fic, but I find in a lot of stories where there's a gay character they're complete stereotypes. Ruins the story for me.
