I usually only click on stuff that looks legit.  Like I buy magazines from Zinio & an ad popped up for them with a discount.  So I clicked it. 

I don't think I've bought stuff yet from the ad places, but I will sometimes check them out.  Usually they are Google placed ads, so they try to put ads that will appeal to you based on either what you are talking about here or recent searches you have made.  Most are legit businesses who pay for clicks - i.e. when you click on the ad.

I actually have some office time this morning, instead of teaching. My admin officer is home sick. Every time I start to do something the phone rings or someone knocks on the door. I have a heap of things to do!

So I'm dunking Anzac biscuits into coffee and dropping in here, and adding my two cents worth to this fascinating discussion.

I am 100% heterosexual - maybe even 120%!  I'm not prissy princess girl but I'm not a tomboy. I have both male and female friends - I never went through the boy germs stage, or the silly, giggly stage or the boy crazy stage (well, until recently...but I blame Rob for that!).

I have no issues at all with homosexuality - unless the gays are prettier or bitchier than me!

I have no m/m fantasies or m/m/me fantasies, even though I joke about it. I enjoy reading m/m as much as m/f - I really don't care, so long as it is well written.

I'm not as comfortable with f/f. I don't read it, and even though I have a good friend who is a lesbian, we just don't really talk about it. She is a gorgeous woman, so it's one less I have to compete with!

I don't read f/f. I had a email discussion a while ago with SIL, who is an avid reader and reads much more kinky smut than I do. I kept trying to convince her to give ff a try. She was getting more and more uncomfortable, and kept saying that m/m was fine and even ménage, but she could not read f/f.

It took us a few days of emailing, and even a very supportive and encouraging call from my brother before I realised that she thought ff meant f/f, not fanfiction. I make sure I type the entire word now!

Each to their own. Provided the participants are all willing and informed, then I don't mind what they do to each other. And I choose what I read, watch or participate in.
