Yeah, I didn't read those just this one and BBH and I liked them, my only problem that they don't have much dialogue... it's more of them thinking and I tend to skim over that and focus more on the dialogue which was problem with her stories,but I did like this two fics.

Also, I got a bit traumatized when the maybe lesbian friend slept with this guy she barely knew. Couple of months later he is calling her saying she is a whore and what not and that she gave him aids.
He was a bartender.

And back then it took one month to get the results back. She was terrified.

OMG! Just Googled it.  I just realized, most guys are brought up to be loose about sex.  You know - it's okay to have sex before marriage if you are a guy but not if you are a girl.  Or it's okay to have lots of sex partners if you are a guy but you are promiscuous if you are a girl. 

So think about that.  And then make the guys gay.  What do you end up with?  Yeah, lost of sex with different partners.  And, of course, it is okay.   

Scary with all the STDs around. 

I live in Houston which has a large gay community.  According to stories I heard back in the 70s and early 80s there were gay clubs and bathhouses where gay men would have sex with random strangers.  That was the primary purpose of these "clubs."  Then came the aids outbreak and gays allegedly became more responsible.  Because at first, if you got aids, you were going to die in the near term.  It sounds like the gay community has fallen back into the old ways - in a high tech way.

I read m/m, but I can only answer from my POV. I've never been one of those people who insert myself into the stories I read. I read for THOSE stories and characters, not because I wish I was them. So I don't insert myself or anyone I know into the stories that I read.

As to why I read m/m? Well, for one, it's different. You don't get TSTL heroines that so often pop up. And what is hotter than one hot man? Two hot men!

My gay officemate lent me my first ever gay betamax tape, OMG, 20 yrs ago (i just realized this and feel so old now ). Was single, no boyfriend yet, right out of college. Anyway i never watched another one after that bec it looked painful. But i guess as i matured and rediscovered pron in Dec 2012  i took that further step and watched gay pron again bec i was really curious. Have absolutely no desire to do "backdoor" stuff, nor do i see myself in a menage. But there were quite a few well done, very loving and romantic. i've shared this with some of you gals already but look up Anthony Romero and Austin wilde. real life boyfriends, they had an interivew before they shot their scene. So cute and HOT!

this is scary! any app that promises hook ups is a big no for me, whether gay or straight. i feel sad for people who would resort to this. why not go to dating sites that will at least try to match you based on your profile, go out on a date to get to know each other better first. at least there, the intention is to find a romantic match. But a hook up app? That's begging for emotionless se x and a russian roulette for STD. 

And on that note, I'm signing off now to impart knowledge and values into 4 to 9 year olds for the next 3 hours.

Am at home, sick, fighting an allergic reaction. Have regressed to my old ways and been eating stuff I knew could cause reactions (hence the weight gain again). It's a sad reality of my life: What tastes good may not be good for you.
