I loved that story.  I read it as a WIP and jumped on each update.  Of course, I believe I've already proclaimed my love for jayhawkbb.

That's what I do.  If I like a story I read anything else written by that author and then go to their favourites.  I have found some cracking stories that way.  I have also found a whole bunch of crap though!

So, this is kind of bittersweet for me, but this is the end of the road for me and this story. I've seen the best and worst in the fandom in the four years that I have been here. I've met some of the most wonderful people, both online and in real life, during my time here, but I've hit a wall and just have no more words left in me.

Will I be finishing Heart of Stone? No... I won't. I am utterly stuck with this story. I think. Sure, it's technically unfinished, but it's not like I am leaving it with a cliffy. I will be posting a one shot tonight. Then that's it.

Will I be gone completely? No. I'm still reading and reviewing, like usual, just not as often.

Will I be pulling any of my stories? Nope. You want them... you got them. Just don't steal them and say they are yours. I will be watching. LOL

Will I write again?You never know what will happen. Several years ago when I discovered the books and movies that are Twilight I never thought I would be here for four years. They helped me get through a difficult time in my life and it led to me finding Fan Fiction. I am forever thankful that I found Wide Awake by AG003 recommended over on a Twilight Fan Page, otherwise it never would have led me to all of you.

So, thank you. It's been a wonderful ride, and you will all forever hold a special place in my heart.

I find that a lot of school principals and administrative staff have terrible manners - I think it's the big egos and power trips!

Manners don't cost a cent and don't take any time! There is no excuse for bad manners or refusal to take responsibility for your actions. I can't stand the blame game!

That school doesn't deserve a volunteer! They obviously have no respect for education!

I agree, it is the same at my work place, one of my coworkers is always asking for something but never says please and I always ignore him and he complains I'm not nice! I mean that's being hypocrite. And told him hey if YOU don't say please when asking something, people tend to be not nice so yeah! And his half @ssed answer was well the please IS ALWAYS implied. Told him no if I don't hear it, I'm not helping you! Finally he gave up an another sap now i helping him so good riddance! Manners people! a please, a thank and a you're welcome will always take you far! That's what my mom always said to us, it doesn't kill you being polite and having manners

A cute friends to lovers story that I read recently was Wrecked by Shiloh Walker.

If you read On Dublin Street, the sequel, Down London Road is out and it was really good.

No Attachments by Tiffany King was a pretty good NA type book.

For funny and hot, (like uber sexy alpha male werewolf hot)I really liked the Phoenix Pack books by Suzanne Wright, there are two out now.

Hi, sorry to interrupt, but who are the authors for the books you're thanking Lauren and Matron on? Nothing like a double rec to put on my TBR list.

And to vent a little...
I enjoyed reading MoU and UoEM amongst others (Tara Sue Me's trifecta), so I am attacking all the FSoG rec lists that sprouted up. I'm on the second of the Roquelaure/Anne Rice Beauty trilogy, and can I just say what a major disappointment so far. This is not a BDSM book, it's a forced sex slave book. MAJOR difference. I feel sorry for all those people who think it's the same thing. It's much closer to WinndSinger's The Red Line, but without any romance. And of course I'll read the third because I can't flounce. Ugh

I know what you mean about those Fifty recs. Every time I've seen someone rec those Beauty books, I come in and correct. I read those years and years ago, and while I loved them, they are not for the average 50 reader, who wants maybe a kinda dominant man, but not slavery, humiliation, forced sex, and beastiality! What are people thinking, reccing that?

It's been a few days since I've  said hi but I've been stalking you and kept up to date with what's going on. RL is kicking my butt. My mum and sister decided to holiday with another mum and daughter combo and since I live in her backyard I've had to look after dad and my brother - fun! I'm supposed to be getting ready to go to the littlies school athletic carnival but just can't find the strength being sick and all. At least I don't have to put up with my bitches-in-law on Family Friday Dinner. I'll cook for my dad and brother but the others can go fk themselves. Yes, I'm in a great mood.

I received a friend request and thinking it was someone from here I added them (cause really, who adds a random like me that doesnt have witty reviews?)
