LMAO. Well I am assuming they are not the exact pair of shoes. But in the US - women's sizes are not equal to men's sizing.
In fact a man's size 9, would be like a woman's 11 to 11.5.
Tell hubs - I am proud of him for not being bashful and shoving it right back to the salesperson's face.

     

FYI - I wear a woman's 9, but my sister and my grandmother wear a 10.5 or 11. I am 5ft 6 in and my sister is only 1" taller than me. My grandmother passed last year, but she was my height as well.

Over here womens shoe sizes tend to stop at size 9 (sometimes a 10) so I do end up buying mens shoes. 
But I'm so used to it, I don't mind.
I ain't telling the hubby that - his head won't fit through the door.

It's angsty but not without reason, but the angst isn't that bad.

I fancied this one too but, decided to wait until someone else had read it to give me some idea of whether it was worth it or not!

I know this kind of topic, I know we've all said about our height, Bra size etc on here.
But today me, the hubby and Saxon decided to go shoe shopping (which I hate btw) as I need a new pair for when I go back next week.
Anyhoo, the hubby decided he needed a new pair as well, so when we asked the sales assistant for a size 9 and a size 12, he came back out with the shoes and gave my hubby the 12's and me the 9's.
When the guy saw us swap the shoes over - he turned and said to my hubby:
"Holy sh*t Dude, she has bigger feet than you!"
My ever loving hubby just replied: "But at least my d*ck's bigger than hers!"

If it makes you feel better, my feet are also bigger than my husband's.  Though his are wider.  I'm also about an inch taller than he is. 

I don't wear heels much with him.   

I wear anywhere from a 9.5 to an 11, depending on manufacturer and whether I want to wear athletic socks or not.   

I've read this, very different from most Edward/Bella fics.  I loved it.  Think it was originally recc'd by Ella, but could be wrong.

I haven't read that one.  It is still on my TBR list.  I read a similar one with Edward having the desk and writing to Bella.  It was good.  I don't remember the name right off hand though.

I think this one has actual time travel?  The one I read was where he met a reincarnation of Bella  or something like that.

We are not bashful in anything I don't think. There is no subject off limits (at least so far). We are kinda a talkative bunch. Sometimes we are just love our RobPorn.

I have just finished Laura Kaye's hero series and could not switch off E/B.  These could so easily have been fics.

I love stories that have time travel but I Remain Yours just has the magic of the desk.

This makes me wonder if anyone has time travel fics they'd recommend. I loved Lissa Bryan's Written in the Stars and TKegl's Beyond Time.
