The only time The Husband has a problem with it is when we are watching a tv show together and I won't put down my phone or iPad.

Nah my husband does not say anything.  As long as he does not feel neglected in other ways    he wont say anything.

JDepp as 50 is not a bad choice, he's got that smirk and that glint in his eye that suggests he'd be up to try just about anything. IMO, 50 is more hard body toned than muscle-bound
RobPorn was just what the Dr ordered, hip gyration, finger thrusting and last but def. not least tongue twisting action. What more could one ask for.

I'm going to read the three crossfire novels that have awesome recs. Were these from a Fic?

One more thing, do your husbands/significant others complain/grump about how much time you spend on this site? Or just plain reading?

I don't think the Crossfire series started as fanfic...  at least I haven't heard it mentioned.   Though, I was shocked when I heard that Gabriel's Inferno & Gabriel's Redemption were fanfic.   If you haven't read those, you better do it!  He will forever be my favorite 'ward!

My husband reads a lot too but he's got nothing on how much I read...   I think if he had a Kindle he'd read more, but he's still resisting.   I resisted forever, but now I love my Kindle a little too much! <3

Glad you didn't think Depp was too far of a stretch for Christian...  I agree with Ella, he is much older.   Do you guys ever accidentally get some random person in your head as the lead character in one of your books?  Once you do, you just can't shake it.

I'm disappointed.  Not that I didn't expect to be.  I didn't like him in Magic Mike at all.  Of all the eye candy on that screen, he was at the bottom of the list.  He doesn't do it for me at all.  Just one more reason NOT to see the movie.

The poll on the HollywoodLife site has almost 60% of voters saying he's not hot enough to play Christian.

I liked him in I Am Number 4, but I still wish it were Christian Bale. I imagine "Edward/Christian" a little older/more experienced, but then I only read the fanfic.

P.S. Ian Somerhalder might work for me too though he's young.

Apparently he did some screen tests, so he is in the top pics and (more important) he has definatelly said yes. Time will tell... I am waiting for others to report it as well or for the news to trend on Twitter

From the other actors they listed, the only one besides Alex that might be up for it is Ian Somerhalder. I don't think anyone from the rest of the bunch would ever considered doing 50 shades, for several reasons.

He also played the bad guy in In Time.

I remember. That was a PITA. Not the war itself, but all the blinking gifs that was posted here, that would take forever to load. And they weren't even sexy sparkly men in them.
