Pert and Prell are HORRIBLE!

I know red fades fast, which sucks as it's my favorite go to color. I remember years and years ago I had this shampoo that actually deposited color back into the hair but I don't remember what kind it was or where I got it.

That's the one I'm thinking of.  I just googled and found some for blond and brunette but not for red. 

There is temporary hair color by Roux that you may be able to add to your shampoo.  It is normally used as rinses for bleached hair.  I used to use Copper Sun to give myself red highlights.  It washes out.  So you have to use it every few shampoos.

Do you review the stories you read?

I'm following several WIPs where I review each chapter. Some authors are great and even answer to each review (and not only with a generic thank you). I really love those talks! When a story has several hundrets or thousands of reviews, I don't bother reviewing and I don't review completed stories, because I read them on my kindle and just forget to look them up...

Do you expect answers to your reviews?

I don't generally review every chapter, but I try to review if it makes my day or something really affects me in some way.  I make a point of reviewing at least once for any story I read, even if I hate it.  If nothing else, I will thank the author for sharing their story.  Seems like if something about the story caught your eye, then the author should know you've been there.

I don't really expect replies to my reviews, so I'm not disappointed if I don't get one.  From many of the authors, I'd rather have more story than a personal reply.  If I have a question, it would be nice to get a reply, especially since I don't ever ask questions about where the plot is going.  That's the point of reading the story. 

Even if the story has completed before I ever start reading it, I try to give at least one review, again, even if it's only to thank the author for sharing.  They deserve some type of acknowledgment of their work.

We have mousse that does the same - but you have to wash your hands really well after it!

Lauren, you can come out of the corner now. 

I've wanted to add really bright red chunks to the underneath part of my hair (it's all black now) so when it's put up you would see the red (kinda hard to explain) but it's too much maintenance since red washes out so quickly. It would be a pita to get the red to take, since the chunks would have to be stripped first. And that might nowt even work, it didn't with the purple, very frustrating

I did that with pink a couple of years ago, when my hair was a little darker than it is now, but not black.

I'm too pale and freckly (bronzed Aussie, my arse!) to go too dark with my hair, and nowadays, the grey regrowth stands out to much if I'm dark all over.

So it's foils, foils, foils for me to blend, blend, blend!

I've read it.  I enjoyed it mostly.  It overstayed its welcome a bit, but if you like actorward and some light BDSM, you should enjoy it.
