The South Australian desert environment can be a tough one to work in, particularly for those coming from a Northern Hemisphere winter but both the cast and crew have thrown themselves into the shoot. We are shooting in some of the most haunting and stunning landscapes in the world, and are fortunate to have such an exceptional cast and a truly talented crew.

And more lucky bitches got to get up close...

OK I have a little confession to make..I should be working right now but I'm knackered so decided to get some light relief from some of the heavy films I've watched in the last few days...So, *whispers* watching Breaking Dawn prt 2; it's just started, Bella opens her eyes, Edward say "so beautiful" and I burst out laughing! Because she is the same Slapped Arsed Face that we all know and....that we all know! A pair of false eyelashes does not a beauty make.  I've no problem flouncing this at ALL....* whistles as I slips out the DVD*

I still haven't watched BD2 in full (partly because it's a feckin' cam-copy d/l!) but I have fast-forwarded through most of it - I needed to see the "huge twist" at the end...

Something dodgy is going on with my FF.net account, I might be imagining things but I think some of my Favourites have gone walk about...now I can't be sure because I had over 150 waiting to be Calibrated (hehehe!) but now there seems to just be...less? I might just be going mad  so from now on no more saving completed fic in Favourites, straight to the Calibre they go!

They did the annual Spring Clean on FF.net a week or so ago (maybe two weeks? My brain is as sodden and stinky as the ground around here at the moment!). This time, they seemed to target fics containing song lyrics.

Come again?!  Song lyrics? Half the fics I've ever read have song lyrics in them...Some authors use song lyrics as chapter headings?! FF.Net have lost their cotton picking minds! ( no offence to cotton pickers) Well, I spent half the night Calibrating all my favourites and I'm not leaving anything on the site again.....I'm surprised Big D is still up? It has song lyrics at the beginning of each chapter...This cull makes no sense what so ever, it seems a bit random? And I can't even remember half the stories I've lost so I can look for them elsewhere!  Motherfuckers!

Yep - that's why I bookmark them in IE rather than favourite them in FF.net. That way, I know the title and then google the link if a fic vanishes and usually can find out the author. I have a pretty good success rate of finding a fic if FF.net wipes it.

And their culls never make sense. Last year, it was the fics that had saucy words in the summary. This time, it's song lyrics and daddy-kink!

I think they just respond to the bitter and twisted souls of the earth who hit the report button!

The thought of Robert Pattinson being the "older man" just makes me feel sad.

Really dirty...but sad.

Now, that's great - don't have a problem with that AT ALL, but the last time I was praying for an outtake (I think it was the Principessa outtake for EP?), it was written for a charity that was set up o/s and I couldn't contribute!

And at the moment, all of my charitable contributions have gone to our flood relief and to the Rural Fire Service.
