Oh! I've read this, it was a free download on Amazon, back when I downloaded books from Amazon and not crackficden.net. I think I have a review on there (Goodread) saying that the part about his cousin was a whole load of shittydodo! I totally skipped it. I liked the heroine in this though, feisty.

I know, I know. Like Big D said, it was free on Amazon and turned out to be a pretty good story. Don't judge a book by it's cover!

Hey! Less of the 'big'  >:D  :D :D

BTW talking of threesomes...What? We weren't talking about threesomes? Oh, well, I was; saw Savages on a transatlantic flight...film was rather sleep inducing; as in, I fell asleep halfway through it but the threesome? It was HOT; would totally be the filling between these two hot buns. IF Aaron  (on the left of your screen) wasn't 22 and married to a 45 year old and had two kids...

I haven't even heard of it let alone read it!

I am still trying to finish Dodge and Burn - I figured I would give it a chance as the writing is so good.

EDIT I finished it.  It was really well written and the story was enjoyable.  As it seems to be with all fics at the moment it didn't leave me thinking it was brilliant though.

Fic funk.   :(

I will give this one a try now as I liked her 47 days even though I didn't actually complete it.  It was a WIP and I forgot about it.

Same here, so I'm switching over to books for a while I think. Too much angst in ff, need some easy reading right now. So many 'erotic romance' books are free on Amazon and I end up sending them to my kindle so I'm set >:D

I used to read  2-3 books a week before I found ff.

It's sad - I still buy books, but they just sit there. *shakes head*   :P

Though I'm picking up Astro's habit of finding free ones here and there.  :D :D :D

Have you tried the Amazon top 20 free books? You can use Kindle for PC to read them and it's a more legit acquiring process ;)

I know what you mean.  As my family know I am such an avid reader they always buy me books.  I have a box with about 20 or so in that I haven't even looked at.

Since we re-did the house I am not allowed bookcases any more.   :(

Hubby used to put my books out of reach on the top of the wardrobe or anywhere else I couldn't reach just to get my attention.

I bet he is really regretting buying this laptop.   :D

I've read this, although I can't remember what exactly happens, haha! I didn't give it the flick though and if I remember correctly the writing isn't half bad. I guess the fact that the plot didn't stand out to me might say something but I did keep it in my main fic folder, so it wasn't relegated to the back blocks of my fic storage never to be seen again. So anyway, I don't think the writing would make you flick, it would be the plot, but I enjoyed it from what I can remember; it's worth a read.

I'm usually the same but lately every good E/B fic I find, I've either already read it or it's obnoxiously long. I'd rather shit in my hands and then clap than read non-canon (I can just handle B/Jas once in a blue moon) so it seems books are the only option :(

I still find stuff to read.  Just when I'm about to open a real book, I find something readable.  8)
