Awww - Jesse Spencer. You really do love our Aussie men, don't you! He started in Neighbours as Billy when he was like 13.

i know!!!!!!!!! i should move to australia.
Australians are so fun. When i was with the fanatics at davis cup i laughed so much. I still regret not making out with this guy (aussie), who was gorgeous, but 10 years older than me. I was 17. I was scared sh.itless by my inexperience. I was still a virgin, so i thought he would expect me to put out. I should have!

We're all pretty chilled and laid back so most Aussies are fun - we send the neurotic weirdos to live in London when we can't stand them anymore!  ;D

My sister lives in London - I love her to bits, but thank God she lives on the other side of the world. She hasn't acknowledged my existence for a few months now - the last time I saw her, she was going through a vegetarian fad and lecturing us all on animal cruelty, etc. I merely commented that I liked her leather shoes and the suede bag she had and the crocodile skin belt she was wearing...and it was ON like Donkey Kong! Then she went and had a steak at the pub!

She does need prozac!  :banghead:

She is only a few hours from me!!  :D

Did you do the intensive straight away?  I started on the easier level as I really don't do much in the way of real exercise unless I'm with Hubs!
I was knackered, sweating like a pig and it was the longest 20 minutes of my life - but it is manageable.  It remains to see how bad I am in the morning, but, I always find the second or third day after starting are the absolute worst.

On another note - I approached my son's teacher about the eery/eerie spelling.  She told me she had got it from a book and that it struck her as odd too - why hand it out then?
When practising them tonight he spelt it eerie as their teacher had told them that it should be ie on the end!

Well done - on both counts.

I started on the Natalie level, but didn't use handweights on Day 1. I also do modified star jumps because I don't want to die (bad knees run in the family).

Good to hear that the teacher was approachable. Scary that you might need to check what she's teaching!

My aunt used to work for his father. I never met Pat, but I met his parents  - lovely family.

Sports bras are essential! I should add that to the instructions:

Things You'll Need:
Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred
3 or 5 lb. dumbbells
at least one good quality sports bra

This is why I won't become a vegetarian LOL! Got to have my steaks and leather shoes.....

I love a good steak, but will usually only eat red meat maybe once a week - I tend to eat more fish and chicken and will often have 2-4 days each week that are vegetarian.

I just can't stand hypocrisy! If you're going to preach to everyone (lecture, rant, etc), you have to actually stand by your convictions.

I should've known better than to say anything though - the joys of having a bi-polar sister!

OK, I'm off to develop the youth of Australia. Have fun!

I met him, the now wife ( hate her, my jealousy have no bounds), and a couple of his brothers.
I actually went clubbing with his brothers. Loved them all.
And pat was always so sweet with the fans ( met him 3 or 4 times over the years).

Cause im single, living back at my parents (thats actually pretty common in Brazil, to stay a very long time home with parents, unless you HAVE to move out), unemployed, trying a career change that its not easy at all. and still clueless about my future.

i need a rich husband.

edit: i would never marry just for money. that was a joke.

edit 2: ive always been the black sheep of the family. My brother, who is 2 years younger is so perfect you want to punch him.  grrrrrrrrrr

I am in my family as well. And I have one of the 'perfect brothers' who has a perfect wife, two perfect kids, perfect job and lives in a perfect house in a perfect neighborhood. And he's 7 years older than me so I've always been in his shadow.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

ETA: I'm still considering the 30DS. I'm thinking about it as I lounge in my recliner, drinking a cup of coffee and surfing the webs.

Yeah, I had a bipolar co-worker.  You never knew if she was going to be sweet or crazy-b*tch.

At least she warned us.  I really felt sorry for her kids though.

Come on ladies - join in the party - if anything you will sleep like the dead!

I did it without a sports bra tonight - I can guarantee that's what will hurt most in the morning!   ;D

I am going shopping tomorrow for a bra and some weights - who knew talking on here could be so expensive!!

I even have the sports bra already (though with my itty bitties it's not really necessary) that I got when I was on my 3 week zumba streak (srsly, I was a swearing, dancing fool for those few weeks). The only thing I would need would be the weights.

I'll possibly look into those as I pass the exercise dept on my way to the candy aisle at Target lol

I made it 5 min  up until the second set of push ups.

At that point I was wheezing too hard to do much.

I am way too out of shape... this will be slow going I think.

Strangely enough I am a black sheep, and I too have a 'perfect' brother just like you describe!

my brother always have the perfect girfriends and is high rising in his career choice.

the first time he got really drunk in front of my parents, i think actually ever, he was 22.
that has changed a bit now, he does get drunk more often, but still not much.

i had the pot head friends, weird boyfriends, im a mess. i quit college, then went back to finish.
i crashed my car more times than i can count. always sober tho.

i also tend to be very blunt and not very diplomatic. so my mother is always afraid of what i might say.

edit: the tattoos and colored hair also didnt help.
