What's everyone starting?

If it's exercise, count me out! If it's a fic, give me all the dirty details.

Haha, I'm with you Matron. My eyes are skipping over the exercise posts, if I don't see it I don't feel guilty for sitting on my ass reading fic vs. exercising.

Last year I bought the Zumba vids....and did it for about 3 weeks or so. And holy shit. I was so so so sore the first few days, it was brutal. But when I got used to it, it wasn't so terrible except that the workouts seemed to take forever.....an hour each day. I don't know about anyone else, but after doing all that is associated with 2 kids in school, house crap (and at the time, working) I had no desire to spend an hour dancing around my living room every day. And I either have to do it every day or I won't do it at all, I miss a day and it's done lol.

Needless to say, I haven't done zumba in about a year now. I still have the thought that I'll get back to it. Someday.

I should probably let you know I have thousands of stories, mostly in epub or mobi.  epub will convert to mobi easily, unlike pdf.  However, I don't know how good a lot of these stories are as I was downloading everything for a while there.  I kind of freaked out when stories started to disappear last year.  So it might be better if you give me a list or something.

Though let me see if I can zip them to my google drive.   I'm off tomorrow & I can play with it then ;)

Wow Thank You.   :-*

That's the beauty of the 30 Day Shred - 27 minutes from when she walks in and introduces herself, to when she finishes.

I must sound like I'm getting commission on recruits!  ;)

B/C cup?? My size A's are jealous of your B/C cup lol. Looks like I'm the leader of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee here lol

I don't know if you got this answered? In any case, no, it's not a cloud drive (though I DO have mine linked to a cloud so every time I add a fic to my calibre library it's auto synced to the linked cloud) but a software program....an amazing program in my opinion. But once you install it on your computer you can purchase the app and then you'll have access to your library from your phone/tab.

If you have any other questions, shoot. I'm happy to help if it's needed :)

Thanks Lucy,  I definately will.

So how does this exercise thing work?

If you want more info, pm me your email address and I'll send it through, as well as info on downloading the workouts.

Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred is an awesome workout that will begin showing a difference in your body in about 5 days, and put you that much closer to a body like the super toned, super hot Jillian Michaels. This workout operates under the principle of muscle confusion, which means your development will not plateau, and you will see results fast. Muscles get accustomed to repetitive work-outs very quickly. Most people do not know this is happening, continue the ineffective work-out, and then get discouraged at the lack of progress. Work-outs like the 30 Day Shred use muscle confusion to tone and slim your body quickly and efficiently, and the end result is undeniably amazing.

The workout is here:

Level 1: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Level 2: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Level 3: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

You do 10 days at each level - no skipping days! It's pretty intense because she jams an hour of exercise into about 25 minutes. It does get easier - although I'm already a little nervous about moving to Level 2!

I just re-read the instructions for the workout - it says 3 or 5 lb. dumbbells. In my mind, I thought I read 2kg or 5 kg dumbells. Mine are 3kg - that 6.6 lb! No wonder my boob muscles were so sore!

And everyone remember that it was Lauren that started this! I am merely driving the bandwagon!

I could def'y handle 27 mins, I may have to look into the 30DS.

With zumba-I would leave the time elapsed up on the TV and I stg time slowed down to a crawl for that hour. Too damn long.
