I know!  I couldn't believe it when I heard on the news.

He once came to our town to switch on the Christmas lights!

I didn't go as I couldn't stand his dodgy tache or the fact he had the same jacket and best shirt for about 10 years!!

They are all coming out of the woodwork - Fred the weatherman too!

This morning I heard the news on the radio but I don't know his RL name so I just though 'oh some random actor that was on The Street ages ago' when I got home and actually watched the news and saw his face? I screamed! It was more shocking than Petraeus shooting his girlfriend (OK they are equally shocking, but still...) more shocking than we are all (UK) eating horse instead of Beef!

Fred The Weatherman? What channel BBC?

Rickell, did you get my PM? Where are you on 30DS?

Petraeus
..Who was that, sorry? :D That whole story is very odd to me, though, I heard he thought she was an intruder or something? They're pushing for pre-meditated murder, apparently. Sad all round.

I saw the news about the guy from Corrie - what is going on lately?! I'm far too tipsy to be commenting on serious topics, but I was really disturbed to see that.

No it was ITV - the crazy guy who used to to jump around the weather-map floating in the Albert Dock.  I think it was on This Morning (with Richard and Judy)

I'm on day 2 and hating it - I'm considering letting my daughter join the party though!

He will go down for a long time as they have charged him with pre-meditated.

I am so glad I cook and don't buy the processed stuff.  The abattoir is not too far from me though!

Oh my God! FRED?! That is crazy....

I don't think it could have been pre-mediated, if someone that high profile decide to plan a murder surely he'd make sure to get out the way of it first? Pay someone to do it for him, that'd be pre=mediated. I imagine he got angry and shoot her on the spur of the moment, so yes murder but not pre-meditated? Second degree, manslaughter? Something like that...

I haven't eat frozen food since I did a 10 detox 5 years ago..but I don't really believe that its only in frozen food, I think even fresh mince could be dodgy. But honestly, if you buy a frozen meal for a £1 how can you really imagine you'd be getting beef for that prize?!

PRETTY long? I'd need to take breaks at the end of every chapter just to read it.
LOL! Yeah, kind of like Wide Awake - damn that one was long.  But good.

I was going to read Summer Vacation, but it is almost 2600 pages.  And pretty much fluff. At least this looks angsty.  Bella is just diagnosed with MS & Edward is a paraplegic.  This is all in the first chapter.  So I'm not giving anything away. But 1500 pages is a lot.

Ok I have to step in here and say...Feral (see my review a few pages back) is so unrealistic that it's not so much fan fiction as fairytale....It's right up there with dancing in a glass slipper and hanging your hair out the window for a gnome to climb up. Edward is so 'sweet' he'll give you a cavity and, in fact, so sweet so it leaves the reader with a dilemma; is Bella really just a predatory paedophile?  OK that's rather pushing it but you'll see what I mean once you read the story, there were elements in this story which made me question how 'right' their relationship was? And I finished by thinking " Yeah, if Edward was my son, I'd drop kick Bella into next year"
Yeah, but hey, it's fiction.  And he reminds me a bit of Ehd.  You have to remember he somehow survived all those years.  Because that is so true to life.

Did i mention how much I love Ehd? You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

not that there are more crazies out there, they just cant hide anymore.
Well, if you figure it is a percent of the population who are sick like this, there are more of them....and it is harder to hide.

ok ladies need a suggestion on a nice long, AH juicy mild drama to drama free FF.   I love Edward in all uniforms,  Dr. ward, LOVE DaddyWard. well you get the idea.

Just finished Love net and still a bit unsure how i felt about it.

I'm still into Carano - Second Page. All of her's are "AH mild drama to drama free", but not overly long.

Bella prefers the virtual to the actual, but feels herself being tugged from the safety of her online realm into the world of a rough edged Edward. This time she'll write her own story. Collab with astilbe13

I can't believe the relationship was fake. He rather people think he took her back than go against the studio after the last movie was already done? I mean, he is already too famous for it. And it would look a lot better even for her if they admitted they were on a break than that lame "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I love you" BS!

I think there may have been a real relationship at one point but I think a lot of PR was involved too.

It's the "chicken and the egg" dilemma.

At the end of the day - there's only one reason I'd kick that boy out of bed!

 :D :D Great pic!

I think the relationship was mostly real. Though I think it was more a friends with benefits on her side.  Hence her ability to cheat easily.  I've read she can be a lot of fun, unlike her personality when the cameras are on her.  I can see that this would appeal to Rob, also taking into account they went through the fame thing together.

:iagree: I think going through the fame/celebrity thing would really tie people together. I remember seeing an interview (I think it was when New Moon came out) with, Rob, SAF and Wolf Boy and they all said that they just stay home on the weekends. It was a little sad. It must be so isolating to be famous.

You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
Also? I would take anything Perez Hilton says with a grain of salt.  He is wrong more than he is right. But I also think Rob deserves a better girlfriend than SAF.  But that is my opinion only.  And maybe his sisters, from what I've read....

:) I take any celebrity gossip I see with a huge bucket of salt. I love to laugh at Perez and TMZ - they're the only 2 that I check in with regularly and it's more for the laugh than the "facts"! Even pictures can be taken out of context, but there's no denying she was fooling around with a married man.

Even if SAF and Rob were just buddies, I think that would impact. I would struggle not to judge a friend who was doing that.

It did RP no harm 'taking' her back, most girls (and lets be honest 98% of his fans are girls) would just think "ahhh, you sweet man. OMG He reeeallly totes loves her!" Popularity racked up another ten degrees....And those contracts you sign when you're not so famous and desperate for a break, yeah, they're not so flexible or breakable. He would have signed his 'image' away for the first film (when he may well have quite fancied her) and his subsequent 'fame' would make no difference. And you know how you can tell? Because otherwise I doubt you would have seen him for dust (if his 'fame' was something he could use to his advantage) after New Moon, as he clearly hates those films....I don't really care who he goes out with, I just don't want to have to see any more of Slapped Arsed Face; and the chances are greater of that not happening if she's not attached to RPatz's hip!...

:iagree: That's what I mean about a real relationship with PR involved. At the beginning, no-one thought any of the Twilight stuff would ever have gotten as big as it did, and they were all locked in, pretty much right from the start.

Twenty-year-old Mark is a polygamist of inflatable pool toys who divides his time between a blow-up killer whale, blue whale, dolphin, dinosaur and various other animal species, but he says Leila the yellow dragon is like a wife to him, with some of the sweetest eyes and smile that, quite frankly, he has ever seen. Mark admits to his strong feelings for inflatable pool animals on the TLC show My Strange Addiction. Mark is so besotted with his collection of 15 blow-up animals that he cooks gourmet meals for them so they can join him for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He bathes them, kisses them, takes them swimming, talks to them, and even plays music for them. Mark claims that they all have different personalities, but he assures you that they all do get along with one another. He maintains that he does not have sex with the animals because 1.) he wants to keep things innocent and 2.) that’s not physically possible.

Sometimes I stumble across My Strange Addiction late at night while I'm flicking through the channels on PayTV.

I always feel so much saner and normal after watching it - even after just a minute or 2! It's great for my self-esteem.

It's been a really long time between drinks for me, but I am yet to feel attraction towards a pool toy!

Or any inanimate object for that matter!

Even the ones in my bedside table!
