I bookmarked this fact sheet (attached) a few years ago when I changed a light-bulb and then couldn't get out of bed the next day. I had to literally crawl to school, which luckily was just next door (I was living in a school residence at the time). I actually taught my class lying on the floor with my feet up against the wall because the pain of sitting and standing was too intense. At the time, I was teaching in a little one-teacher school with only 16 kids and we couldn't get a replacement teacher because of how far away we were from anything.

Anyway, I thought you might find it helpful.

So... i only stayed for 20 minutes on the threadmill. My pilates instructor said i should start with 10 min and increase the time as i see there is no pain.
Plus i stretched, something i hate to do.

There wasnt any pain. i was bored!!!! Its always like this after a long period of being inactive. Even tho i was watching a sitcom.
I had to climb two flights of stairs the other day and i was sooooooooooo out of breath. That was embarrasing and worrisome.

Hopefully tomorrow after pilates i can do another 20 min.
And keep increasing the time and speed.

I'm reading this and it's annoying me so much how Edward talks to Bella during s.e.x.

Then I read her profile, she is 17 yo.

Why the hell would a 17 yo would be writing about being called a bit.ch and s.lut during s.ex?

Ps: this have nothing to do with the whole gender discussion. As I mentioned before I'm not going to defend women just because she is a woman.

That's always been up for comment.  It just started with my mis-interpretation of SAF as pertaining to her looks, rather than her sucky attitude. Because, though most of us can't change our looks, much, we can all change our attitude.

So go ahead and comment away about a writer's stupid decision to have Edward call Bella nasty names in bed.

I would be complaining if the opposite was going on, if bella was calling edward nasty names in bed.
 Its just, why the hell would that turn you on?

maybe im just a prude, it wasnt the first time i read it in a fic.

its a vicious cycle, women are mean to women cause women are mean to women who are mean to women......

but i would call a guy a slut as much as i would call a girl if they were behaving as such.
anyway, this is like politics, religion everyone has a different opinion.

i dont know what to say. cause i read both as a wip. so i dont know and dont remember if you could just read epov. maybe she says something on an author note.

Loved the Golden Giants Tour - mostly fluff. 

I started the Cellar but got distracted - I was looking for something to read & downloaded a bunch to my Nook, so though I heard good things about it, it wasn't what i was looking for at the time.

I don't honestly know.  I got to chapter 8 of 28 before realising.  I will definitely read when complete though.

there are minor loose ends. probably one more chapter and an epilogue left.
