Twilight Fanfiction Non Canon, AU, e.g. not the usual pairings - just so we are clear this means stories that do not have as lead pairings such Edward/Bella, Rosalie/Emmett or Alice/Jasper. Or as the dictionary says about non canon "A word used by those who write fanfiction. It refers to a pairing etc. that was not promoted in the original work the fanfiction was based on." There are Jasper/Bella or Bella/Emmett or Edward/Jasper fics here but feel free to add your own non-cannon stories.

It is with a heavy heart that I have removed all 24 of my fanfiction stories from both fanfiction and The Writer's Coffee Shop Library.

As an author, I feel secure (or at least I used to) knowing my characters belong to me after all the work I put into them. Fanfiction never bothered me in the past because fanfiction authors did not make money from their work. That is no longer the case.

As an author I will not stand idly by and let this happen. As of today. All my stories are gone. I apologize to those who love them, but I can no longer support such a practice. I will no longer write or post fanfiction. I will only write my own original works.

If you want someone to blame? I don't know where to point you. It seemed to start with the 50 Shades phenomenon and has worsened. Now Amazon has just made it a million times worse. I will not support the ruination of an author's work for pay.

I only have 4 of her stories saved but if anyone wants them I will put them up. First three are Jasper/Bella, the last is one of the most entertaining stories I ever read a Carlisle/OC.

I remember talking about 50 shades with a friend on the subway. A guy was staring at us the whole time and then wondered aloud why women are allowed to almost watch p0rn in public places, while men are considered pigs for even mentioning it. (Fair is fair )

Has any of you come upon any descent fics James-related? I am seriously want to see him more as a character, but no one does him any justice...

Sure

Like I said, the first one was alright.....I had flounced it before but actually gave it another shot. The writing is so-so IMO

I tried to read Tracking the Dawn but couldn't get into James as the romantic role either for some reason

From the ones you posted, I have read Love in the Mirror Room and The Captive.
The first isn't a bad story per say, not great, nice and romantic I guess, but James is OOC

I liked The Captive very much (from what I remember, it was a long time ago). James was his weird, creepy self so pretty accurate overall and I liked the ending. I am probably going to re-read it and get back to you about it.

I am genarally looking for James related fics. Most people pair him up with Bella, but I would prefer a fic that would focuse on him as a character (whether he ends up with Bella or anyone). Does this make any sense?

There was never more than 4 chapters

ItHappened wrote lots of Bella/Carlisle, though. Summer Sun, Working Out The Kinks (and the Sequel Breaking the Chains) are all complete.

Is anyone here reading I'm Still Holding On by sushiloveswhitlock? I want to read it, but it's a WIP and it's LONG. I'm just curious of if it seems to be nearing it's end yet?

I'm not reading it, waiting for it to complete as well

NOt sure on how close she is to wrapping it up, but this was the AN at the end of the previous chapter:

"The end.

HAHA, just kidding. I know it has been a LONG time coming. In a way, this chapter could be an end to what might have been the 2nd installment of this story. I didn't choose to break it up that way though."

So it seems that the latest chapter would be the first chapter of the next installment....obviously I have no idea on how many she plans on doing but I would say she has a bit to go yet?

That said, she seems to update regularly, more than a chapter a week on average, I would bet she will finish it if you're thinking of doing a WIP
