I have no shame. I just finished reading EP again along with all the other fics I've got on the go. However, I just realised that I need to re read E&OMP because the author hasn't updated in a while and I forget the hell is going on  hate that! This is why I only want to read complete fics *nods*

Um what is E&OMP?  There are so many times an author updates where I have to go back a couple chapters because the first couple lines make no sense to me. Just totally forgot where the story was.  Yeah, that's why I rarely read WIP's too.

Also, I've had a few that were abandoned - which is even worse. 

I LOVED Bitter Sweet Symphony as well, I wish she would finish it Loved, loved loved that fic

Some of my incomplete favs were Medication (MojoPen-srsly, Jasper is schizophrenic and it was awesome) , Place Your Bets, Something Wicked This Way Comes, Trumped Into Bed and Punch Me Love Me Save Me

I'm gonna have to download The Perfect Wife and give it a shot..

I remember when I was reading The Red Line I felt that way, so disturbing but couldn't stop. Until she got to the part with Raven...I couldn't stomach that and promptly flounced. It was too much for me

Yeah it's sad to see good stories get abandoned or put on Hiatus. For me WIP's are a rarity I have a few that are good written stories that I'm waiting for updates but there aren't a lot on my list

Yeah true The Perfect Wife touches certain themes that aren't for the faint hearted *shuders*

Still I would recomend with a big warning though

I'll give it a shot...not sure I'll stick with it. I do like dark, super dark but there are a few things I can't handle so we'll see.  I don't have a problem with non-canon (except pairings lol) so maybe i'll be able to do it

Some of the popular writers have good stories, but then they get stuck and run out of ideas.  I've seen it with Janet Evanovich and MaryJanice Davidson.  And instead of taking time off and clearing their heads, they give us junk and charge a lot of money for a few pages. It really annoys me. 

As for fanfic, yeah.  The drabble stuff is starting to annoy me too.  Very few stories can be told well in drabble.  Yet they keep doing them.  It seems like a way to get a lot of reviews.  I've gotten to the point, unless there is something to actually comment on? Yeah, a review about every 5 chapters.  Or I wait until they are done & read it in one go.   

Hmm. I have this one on alert, but I don't know if I can read it until I'm sure there's an HEA based on the first chapter lol!  I can handle some Darkward but I usually need him to be nice to Bella.  And? It's okay with me if Bella is Darkella with him

In Expectations he is just an emotionally effed up E. Bella doesn't help with her behaviour either. It's a good read though. Lots of heart fail.

I've also seen some really good ideas in stories and they start well, but the writers really need a Beta because they write themselves into a corner and just get stuck.  I can see it happening as I'm reading.  And it makes me really sad 

Other times, I've seen really interesting story ideas, but you can tell the "writers" are either teens or don't know how to write because the flow is totally missing.  "...I saw Alice.  She looked really nice today.  I said "Hi Alice, you look really nice today"  She thanked me. "Thank you," said Alice. We then walked up the steps into the school...."  Yeah, I can't read it for long.

And I actually won't read many drabbles...there has been a couple but I want longer stories than that. And it feels like most of what I see is 'drabble-ish'.

I don't read one shots, either.
