Well, I've just relised that I've been a member of this forum for about a month now, and I haven't even bothered to introduce myself.  I know, I know how rude of me?

Well, better late than never!

Hi, I'm DarkGuyver and I'm an alcoholic.... HAHAHA just kidding.  I thought I would add a little humour to my introduction.

DarkGuyver, as some of you will probably relise from my screen name, I am a fan of the Guyver anime/manga francise. 

I found this forum, while searching for more Tess Gerritsen (yes, I watch Rizzoli & Isles) eBooks for my Sony PRS-350 eReader, which I got a couple of months ago.  But found a surprisingly large amount of books for my eReader, which I am honestly thankfull for.

Besides reading, I like watchin action, sci-fi, thriller movies and TV shows.  I'm a martial artist, I'm a 3rd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, and I currently study Lin Kuei martial arts (a Chinese martial art, which is the ancester of Japanese Ninjitsu).  I'm a videogamer, I'm a fan of Street Fighter, Bayonetta, God Of War, Soul Calibur, House Of The Dead, and the Need For Speed games (in particular the Underground series, and Most Wanted).

I'm very knowledgable about computers so if you have any questions about computers or computer related problems post a topic and I will see what I can do for ya.  I'm also a technology nut, so any related technology discuss are game.

I hope to meet some new friends here and share some of my collection of eBooks which may be of interest to others.

How much snow did you get, Philo?

What snow?  What we got is gone already.  Prob about 1/8 inch this morning.

I thought you had a storm moving in ... that's the way it usually hits with us here.  But we're supposed to get 4-6 inches through tomorrow.  Our first snow this year (other than a trace) ... go figure.

Not us.  I'm in South Central PA right up against the Allegheny Mountains.  It's been passing us by for which I'm grateful.

The news just revised the weather for us ... now it's 8-12" .... oh, boy.

It's going to be bad for you.  Accuweather is calling it a Drought breaking snow.  You are going to get hammered so get ready ok?

Yeah, it's really sad when we're looking forward to the snow because it's so dry ... the dew point this morning was 7%.  I gotta say, too, it wouldn't break my little heart to not being able to go to work in the morning!  I hit the grocery store yesterday (which was absolutely crazy) and I have my book, computer and blanket, so we're all set! 

Yay, snow day!!  We've got 10" so far, now they're saying up to 16" ... nice and cozy with my computer, my blanket, and my PTS buddies.  Have a good day!

I kinda feel bad about not going to work but we'd be digging through snowbanks most of the morning and then my Focus would probably get stuck in town!  (We live outside the city ... I call it the semi-country....)   Gee darn, I'll just have to stay home ....

Yeah, it'd be a great day to go sledding, but it's such a pain to find a hill sometimes ... we're in Kansas and for the most part it's flat.  'Course, in the country they've been known to take a old hood of a truck and tie it to a truck or 4-wheeler and use it for sledding ...
