*nods* I haven't read either, but I know people are/were flipping out about Masen Manor.  As far as vamp fics goes, maybe I'll try one.  I was thinking about The Lolashoes trilogy, but I'm not sure yet.  Honestly, a Potter fic that I love updated yesterday so I am flipping out about that.  The next update is scheduled for November 1, according to tha author.

In terms of reading apps, I use FBReader, Moon Reader and Aldiko.  I'm not sure if I'll go to a primary one, but it seems that FBReader and Aldiko are the ones I use the most.  I'm pondering buying one of the paid versions.  I usually use the Kindle app but it must be buggy with my version of android because a bunch of apps crash many times a day, including my Kindle app.

I only have a Moto G, but I'll probably get a new phone in the next few months.  Yay more screen real estate!
I am slowly reading the Lola-Shoes trilogy. There are way way way too many lemons. I skim thru them. Really?  If I had just read BD? It might have been enjoyable. But the lemons are getting repetitive now amongst all the stories I read.

And A light in the Darkness was really good with minimal lemons. Same with Masen Manor. Both were very enjoyable stories with some angsty bits and some humor.

There are other good ones too.

I have no idea, really. I paid for it fairly early on. I do know it goes on sale fairly often, so keep an eye out. Even full price it's still cheaper than Mantano though.

In Moon+, go to Net Library, then add new catalog. Select calibre local, then add in whatever your ip is in calibre, which you find under the connect/share tab.
I paid for the Calibre Companion. Total waste of money. Never worked with my tablet properly. So I will pay if it works.  Thanks  :-*

I paid for that too, but once I figured out I could use calibre with Moon+ I never used CC again. Once you've connected, you can bring books up by latest added, title, author, and tags. I love the tags function! If I'm looking for a rocker story, I just hit the rocker tag, and they all show up and I pick what I want.

I also liked the Reaper, havent gotten round to reading books 1and 2 yet. Loved the Chaos series of Kristen Ashley, spin off from Motorcycle Man.

Am currently going through the Sea Breeze series of Abbi Glines. Am now about to start book 4 but after trying to recall my motorcycle books, i just might go and read Reaper's book 2.]
What did you think of the Sea Breeze  series?  I was disappointed in the Fallen Too Far books but I've heard so many good things about the Sea Breeze books.

I've also wanted to read the Reaper books! Still haven't read KAs Motorcycle Man.

Yes, indeed a river.   :D

I need to go check out your review of Light and Wine...     Something that was said about it here before sorta made me put it on the back burner to read "someday".    I think I'm wondering just how controversial the topic is.
Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

Ok, so I have 3 chapters left in Youth Without Age by Goldenmeadow.      So far it's good, but for me it's not great.   I think part of that might be that her writing/poetic style is a bit over my head well and it doesn't help that I am comparing it to my love for YG.   I'm not good at expressing my thoughts on the way books are written but this one didn't grab me like Yellowglue's writing.    It's like i have to struggle too hard to really get it.  Whereas YG (TSTS specifically), even though also very poetic/lyrica...  her writing just blows me away.    I don't have to think about YG's writing to love it and really feel the emotion.   Sometimes when I'm reading YWA I go back and read a page and am still thinking "huh?".     Demaris, I think you said YWA is in your top 5, right?  Did anyone else read it?

Maybe it's just whatever you see first? I haven't tried the UK version, although I've recently realized it's on Netflix. This is probably the most dysfunctional family I've ever seen on tv, sad thing is, it reminds me a bit of my own extended family. My dad IS Frank Gallagher (our Frank anyway) to a freaking T.

It shouldn't surprise you that I've never read Tolstoy.  I have wanted to watch Anna Karenina though, does that count any?  :D     So I'm now two chapters away from the end of Youth Without Age and I'll admit that things seem to be making a little more sense.     I still feel sorta dumb after reading this though...  Like I sorta missed the big picture.   We'll see if I feel like that after I get through the end.

Is Motorcycle Man as good as KA's Fantastical series?   I've only read the first 3 books of that one so far but I absolutely adore them.    Should I start with Motorcycle Man or do they need to be read in order?

After I finish YWA I'm going to start Under the Never Sky. (You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login)   Hoping it's a good series...   I've heard that it starts off kind of slow but is ultimately a really good read.

Motorcycle Man CAN be read alone and you won't be really LOST, but you will miss out on meeting some other characters and wonder why they act the way they do. (Gwen, for instance! She's the heroine of Mystery Man, but pops up all concerned with Tack's love life).

I've loved all KA's earlier work, but she's gone stale for me lately. I think the last book I read of hers was the last Rock Chick, which was good, not great. My favorite remains Sweet Dreams, Tate is my boo, love him! But Tack was good too. And Hawk. Lee. Mitch Lawson. Damn, she DOES write good men.

I wasn't a fan of the Rock Chick series, but I'm not really into that genre... not sure what you call it, but with detective work and all that.   I didn't like the Stephanie Plum books either that everybody loves (similar genre).     I did however LOVE KA's fantastical series.  Did you read those?  If you like the fantasy genre you should really check them out.
