I know we've discussed this (I was paying no attention at the time ) but what Cloud would you say is the easiest to connect, navigate and manage content on?
I've been using SkyDrive, but it makes me mad cause it won't recognize epubs. I saved an epub to the drive and tried to open it up on my phone, and it wouldn't let me (said there wasn't an application that could perform that actions--bullsh*t!). Is Google Drive any better?
Hello!I just popped on (even though I've been lurking sporadically) to say thank you to Booked for recommending Amy Noelle's second book.I haven't read a decent fic for a while but hadn't actually read anything for over a month!I hope things are improving fo RDMickey and Booked and that everyone else is okay.Take care.x
There's a series I read by Susan Elizabeth Phillips called the "Chicago Stars Series" about a fictional football team, and she's written a few books for the characters in that series but they don't really overlap the way they do in fanfiction. Like one person will get a story and then the next book takes place a few years later so it's a whole different set of characters.
I would never read the Undeniable series, personally. The reviews make it seem like just a huge fustercluck or angst and cheating and jerk behavior, plus, the author has been known to go after negative reviewers AND sic her fans on negative reviewers. Not gonna reward an another when I KNOW she's exhibited such bad behavior.

I quite like SkyDrive as you get 7GB and Words, Excel and One Note free. I seriously couldn't live without Words and Excel since becoming a TB so it's godsend and saved me about £80+ buying it. I also like Dropbox as I've got 50GB free on that - I had to introduce some friends to get the extra 35GB (or whatever it was) which was meant to be free for only a year but 3 years later and I've still got it and they've still not started charging me for it, but shhh don't tell anyone it's our secret. What ereader do you use on your phone - I use Aldiko and have no problem downloading epubs onto my phone to read. Hiya hun, hope that you're okay.
If ever I was going to cheat on Mr Fassy it would be with Mr Leto while Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams played in the background....Thanks for that Loopy.
Depending on what I'm reading, Nook, Play Books, or Kindle. I like to keep my reading seperate. Nook books with nook. Fics with kindle. And other books with Play Books. I've never heard of Aldiko.
I have to agree with you there hun, Jared gets better looking with age. But the only downside with Jared is that he's great at so many things - music, acting, writing and he even looks a better woman than most women I know.

I'm sure someone else on here probably knows another way of getting it and not having an android phone.
Tell me about it....I'm not one for long hair but My.God. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
I have a Galaxy S4, so I downloaded the Aldiko app to check out. I took a quick look at it and I must say that so far it looks like a really good app. Thanks for the rec.
Aldiko is a nice free app for reading epubs and PDFs on an Android platform. They also have a paid version with more capabilities, but the free is good enough. I did pay for the Mantano reader -they have a free version also - but that was because my Kindle with Read To Me option died and I was having trouble finding another. Most of the newer models don't have it. I like it for reading textbooks to me while I work. There are a few other readers but those two are probably the best. And? I don't think Nook offers them on their app store. If you have a Kindle Fire you can get them in the Kindle app store as well.
I use Mantano, Aldiko, and Moon +. I have to tell you, I like Moon+ because of how it connects to calibre so seamlessly, makes getting my books from my laptop to my tablet SO easy.I got the paid versions of all of them. I figure my only hobby is reading, I can pay for the apps! I think Mantano is overpriced for what it does, but I do like how you can customize the colors. Moon+ has a setting that lets you see the remaining time in the chapter/book, which I love. No other app has that. Mantano has page numbers, but they're kind of obtrusive to me.I used to read all my fics in one app (Aldiko or Mantano) but it's so much easier to get the books in Moon+, I just seem to default to that these days.

I gave both Jenrar and Drotuno a hard time. They both started writing vampfics at the same time and Jen's ends today and the last real chapter of Masen Manor posted today. The epi is scheduled to post Thursday. I've started a couple other vampfics that are WIPs but they don't post regularly. And they definitely aren't as good.
Moon reader was my favorite originally. I liked that I could have a parchment background with sepia print. Very easy on the eyes. I think I went for Mantano only because it had the best recs for read to me. Adilko just seemed to work the best with PDF. And other than Mantono, I've only used the free versions. I didn't know Moon Reader would sync with Calibre. Is that just the paid version?
