Wonderful heartbreaking story. Still I agree Terriberry I think the chapter are short    Well still can't wait for the next update. Love this story 

Great another author that is pulling but at least she is giving a warning:  Update: July 9th, 2012 - I'm taking a fanfic sabbatical while I work on a couple of original projects. After keeping my stories on-line here for nearly three years I assume that those who wanted to read The Weight of Words and The Tongue Set Free have done so. I will be removing my stories shortly from fanfiction.net. I thank everyone for your support of my efforts over the last few years!

So, this is the end, huh?

I didn't remove my stories for any other reason than the fact that they were hanging over me, awaiting completion. Try as I might, and despite repeated well-meaning promises and attempts to continue them, I have not been able to. I don't like failing and I certainly felt like I was failing at this. I lost my motivation along the way, but prolonged the inevitable.

I enjoyed the time I spent here and I learned a lot and made some friends, but the time has come. I chose not to leave the stories up because theft is so prevalent in today's climate. It's a shame, but the truth nonetheless. Just as you can choose to distribute stories or to flame an author, I can choose to take my stories down. If you have a copy of anything I've written, enjoy it. I'm sorry for being unable to finish, and my sincerest apologies to anyone who I told I'd complete the now removed works.

That's too bad. I loved Marital B*tch. I don't get the whole "it's better to take them down in today's climate of theft" part. Especially since she acknowledges that people have and distribute copies. What recourse does she have now, or how could a reader link to her story if needed to report said possible plagiarism in the future? Doesn't make sense to me  As for Georgeygirl, I've had The Weight of Words on my TBR list, so thank so much for letting us know. I appreciate when an author gives us a warning. I mean it's their's to do with as they please, but it does show a thoughtfulness to their readers.

yea you have to copy and paste from a blog and make your own pdf.  Storymaster does have a blog option but I think you have to contact them in order for them to put the blog in. 

Does anyone have Blur by upsidedownntwisted? I've been searching for it for days, but can't find it anywhere.
This is what it's about:
Jasper wakes up one morning with a splitting headache, feeling like he's been run over with a truck. He also has a new tattoo and some additional hardware on his finger and...down below. Completely freaked out, he noticed a card with a phone number from "E". He calls the number and finds out E is suffering from the same confusion, so the two men head out and search Las Vegas for clues. There has to be a reason why neither of them remember what happened the night before.

I have a question for ya'll:

What about a fic will make you flounce? Not necessarily the storyline but more grammatical/spelling pet peeves? I'm just curious

Mine are continued use of "smelt" and "shutters" for smelled and shudder, respectively.

Also....if there are too many short sentences (I think someone on here mentioned it). It seems you just can't get a flow going with those and I always quit reading.

And, if there is an obscene amount of exclamation points used. I know it sounds picky on my end but I just can't handle it. People do not speak or think with that amount of continued excitement lol. I started a fic the other day and I swear, in the short paragraph, just about every sentence ended with an exclamation point.

And if Edward starts calling Bella "love" (or similar endearment) waaay too early in the story. I mean, come on. Guys don't call you 'love' on your second date or run-in.

I know I sound picky but after reading fic for years, there's bound to be some pet peeves develop

I hate reading the stories were Edward is dating a girl that everyone knows is a bitch and is cheating on him but he wont believe it or refuses to see it and has Bella as his BFF and is always saying how wonderful she is and how she gets on so much better with his family, etc than the GF does.... yada, yada, yada.. blah, blah, blah..
Bella, of course is in love with him and the gang try to get them together,  but I have to ask WHY? would you want to be with a guy that is so stupid and obviously only with the GF because of her 'hot bod' and 'pretty face'..
It really riles me up...... 

I was ruminating on Daddyward in the shower and decided to run a totally unscientific survey here.  These thoughts are based strictly on the fics I've read, which may be different from the ones you've read.  So, here goes.  When Edward makes a baby with someone other than Bella, it's more likely to be a girl than a boy.  When he makes a baby with Bella, it's more likely to be a boy than a girl (I know this goes against canon).  If they have twins, it's usually one of each gender.  Do you agree or disagree?  Do you care?

I'm not a fan of Daddyward Fics.  I have read a few but only tolerate kids cause the smexin is hot or there is a second storyline that keeps my attention

I also do not like it when authors call Bella "Iz" or "Izzy" and Edward "Eddie or Ed"

No. Just no. They are Bella and Edward.

But what about Beh & Ehd??? OMG that was the sweetest story ever
