I started one last night and it's pretty good so far. It's quite a bit different from the typical J/B New Moon AU and pretty interesting so far. I'm only halfway through at this point to hopefully the second half doesn't suck lol.

Ahhhhh. You must be talking about the "love days". I never did read the 3rd one. I guess I need to get that back up higher on the list to read. Gah I have soooooooo many !  For those who have not read Lola's trilogy, trust me that you will know when you reach that part. Oh and as far as having too many lemons. **Makes sour face** not in my vocabulary. I do however require plot.....lol.

I've been reading belladonnacullen this week - There is a Light: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
and The Practice of Love: You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

The Practice of Love was, I believe, her first multi-chapter fic, and is very good.  Love, humor, mystery and angst.  A rugrat is present throughout.  The rugrat drives a good portion of the plot. 

There is a Light was 2011 fic of the year at The Lemonade Stand.  It's a pretty sophisticated effort with a manic/depressive rock star Edward and a younger, naive Bella.  The summary didn't particularly draw me in, but I'm very glad I read it.  Again, rugrats are present, but not too intrusive.  As a matter of fact, one rugrat is used as the motive for telling the story.  Plenty of angst here, as you might imagine.

Belladonnacullen has some trouble with homonyms, but generally has pretty decent spelling and grammar.

For those of you who like angst with a happy ending, you'll find them here.  The angst is not overwhelming, particularly since the fics are complete and you don't have to wait a week to get the next installment.  More lemons in The Practice of Love than in There is a Light.
