If/When I get into the Emmett pairing I'll def'y come back to the other two in this series :)

I actually just loaded a few Peter/Bella and an Alastair/Bella fic onto my Kindle but I'm not sure about them yet? Have you done this pairing also?

I've read some Peter/Bella, but never an Alistair/Bella.  I totally would though (especially after seeing the movie!!), just haven't come across any that caught my eye...
You held out your hand, and I took it without stopping to make sense of what I was doing. For the first time in almost a century, I felt hope.

I've only found a couple with Alistair but I think this one looks good

I've been lol'ing since I started it.

ETA: Okay, I feel the need to insert a warning with my rec here...the author seriously needs some help with heterographs; esp forms of to, too, there, their, they're, and your and you're. And some help with apostrophes. That said, I'm actually able to ignore the mistakes (and there are....a lot lol) because despite those, it's a good fic IMO

So Just finished yet another fic on my TBR List. Just a million left to go! (well not really but it sure feels like it)
Your Voice is All I Heard by Twimamma
Bella is hiding from the same past that Edward can't forget. Soul mates lost. "You don't understand, Jasper, I can't let her go. I still feel her." Love, Loss, Sex, Lies & an unbreakable bond. Rockerward.

I think the summary says it all. E&B are childhood sweethearts that are separated due to greed and ...well, a hefty amount of crazy. As "soul mate" they can tell when one of them is near by a "symbiotic link". They spend a fair amount of time, in fact the vast majority of the story separated but feeling each other through this link.  ::) I'm not really sure how to fairly review this fic, it was so far fetched at times (which considering the whole sparkly vamp thing sound like a ridiculous complaint) that I'm surprised my eyes didn't fall out of my head with all the rolling they did!  ::) The writing at times is overly sentimental and excessively flowery but it does have a pretty fast paced style which keeps the story moving. I must admit that I skimmed read most of it, as I tent to if the two protagonists aren't together in the story enough. I'd rate it no more than a 2 out 5

Thanks for the Review Demaris42 this is one I have on my TBR list but keep skipping over it.. I'm not one that likes once they've been together they get separated and find others (not sure if that happens in this story) but I need my big girl panties on to read it if it does lol..

I'll have to check that one out soon. She seems to do about any pairing, minus E/B. Hopefully I'll like the others as much as the one I'm currently on :)

I'm thinking I may be able to read a Bella/Peter before a Bella/Jasper only because I have no real picture in my head of Peter :P

So, a little off topic, but I'm going to recommend not upgrading your computer until you absolutely have to...unless you find one with Windows 7.  Although there are things that are great about Windows 8? It is more like using a tablet than a computer.  All the things I liked about 7 are mostly gone.  And maybe once I figure all of it out, I may like it a little more.

So on the pro side, all my programs that ran on Windows 7 seem to work fine. Switching beyween tablet version & desktop is easy  ;D

Cons include exiting programs, no start button (so far to turn off I hit ctrl/alt/del & the off button shows up) and the colors   or lack of color choice.   :-\

Yeah, it's all ugly grey & white.  I got some colors to change using the registry editor. But I can only copy from my old computer & it's not all changing  >:(

I'm reading a drabble that's somewhat entertaining (it's really just one lemon after another, so some of you won't be interested).  Overall grammar and punctuation is not too bad, although it has some run-of-the-mill mistakes (e.g., desert instead of dessert, loose instead of lose).  She did use "elicit" correctly, though.

But I came across a unique typo and it made me laugh because it really interrupted the rhythm of the story (pun intended): "The tempo was face passed, my body slamming into her sweetness repeatedly."

The other word this author has trouble with is fury.  "The green of my eyes bled black with furry and instant desire."  Can't you just see his eyeballs growing hair?

Here's another typo that made me laugh: "He kissed the top of my bed and sighed contently."  I bet the bed appreciated the attention.  The use of "contently" instead of "contentedly" also bugs me.  The mistake is rampant in fanfiction.  Sorry, I wasn't going to turn this into a complaint, it just snuck in.

OMG LOL! I had to read the face passed 3 times before I figured out she meant fast paced   That would definitely mess the tempo up.   ;D

But I'm sure the bed enjoyed the kiss.   :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I'm about halfway through and I'm enjoying the story as well as the typos.  It's a quick read since it's a drabble and only 51 chapters, but I get interrupted frequently.

lol that is why I could never really be a beta, the grammar, doesn't bother as much as it should it's like my brain does not see it, the misspelling or the difficult play on words that make my mind go WTF those drive me crazy when i have to stop and think okay what is the author really trying to say here?? It really sucks to have to read one sentence over and over again cause it makes no sense when all the had to do was say it straight the first time..

I envy your ability to ignore grammar issues.  There are some stories that make me so crazy that I have to save them in a form I can edit so I can fix the problems that make me crazy.  Of course, the story line has to be one that intrigues me enough to go to all that trouble.  I've become more tolerant over time so mostly I just grin and bear it.

They've actually done studies that show our brains will understand a word as long as it starts and ends with the correct letter & has most of the right letters in it.  Or something like that.  I saw an email that was total gibberish but was totally readable for that reason. So maybe that is how your brain works.   ;)

If I'm really liking a story, I can mostly ignore the spelling and grammar issues.  But some stories? Yeah, there is nothing else to do but look at the misspelled words and bad grammar.  :P

I've also found that I can ignore problems more in WIP's than in completed stories.  Probably because the time between updates makes me forget the issues.  ;D

It's funny with the reading words when all the letters are scrambled up. I find it rather easy, but this doesn't help when people can't use apostrophes correctly and constantly misuse homophones or simply incorrect words, those are harder for me to ignore than a simple spelling mistake.

I'm with you on the other points; if I'm really enjoying a story I can ignore some errors, it's just most of the time the grammar and spelling are bad, the rest of the writing isn't too crash hot either and then I just flick it.

WIPs are easier, because you only deal with it one chapter at a time. I've read a couple as WIPs that I go back to once complete and just about want to rip my hair out after a couple of chapters. If they are that bad, but I still like the plot and writing I'll just edit them myself. I really can't read when it's that bad, it destroys the flow and is about all I can concentrate on.

Oh, wow.  You save and edit? :)  It just turns me off, the grammar.  I give it a try, but if it is so bad, I just move on.  At times I do overlook and still enjoy the fic.
