Frontline updated.. and basically nothing happened in the chap.  :(

I hated Maybe I'm Falling For You. It just smacked of trying too hard, personally, but then I hate 'quirky' Bellas like that. I really doubt I'll ever read Dusty, if it ever completes that is. One WIP I wish I'd never read is Torn.. I love it, but it's 500,000 words in and apparently no end in sight. It's depressing as all get out, too.

Torn, I think I started to read it but it was soooooo slow that I flounced. I'm all for angst but if the fic doesn't move along, I'm out

It really is repetitive, there's about 75 chapters and Bella has miles to go yet. I think the same of Wisp, actually, I understand the authors want to make it as realistic as possible but chapter after chapter with barely any progression gets tiring. Maybe a little time jump or something? Just to move the story on a little.

LOL! I've watched Buffy, Angel and Bones and I'm totally blanking on the guy's name.  I guess I could look it up.

But it makes me feel :banghead: yeah.... ;)

David Boreanaz  :-* He's dreamy, but I always preferred Spike over Angel.

And for the Spock/Kirk fans, a picture!

The Heroes guy? I just don't see anything attractive about him at all. I give respect to him for having the biggest eyebrows in celeb-dom, though, those bad boys must take grooming.

So.. the first non-fanfic story I choose to read is a reworked fanfic. BUT it's apparently been completely written anew, so it still counts as me reading original fiction and kicking my twilight obsession. Right?  :57:

Agreed. I stopped reading Wisp and I'm waiting for it to complete.  I find that fic very slow and a lot of useless Edward inner chatter

I guess.... I still think it's funny being as how Kirk made out with every cute girl that came along and Spock had sex once every seven 7years....

I did like the guy who played Bones in the new movie, though.  He was also an FBI agent in Reds.  He's pretty cute.  um handsome... am I too old to call guys cute??? :D :D :D :D ;D

Depends on the age of the guy - not your age!

I read on Facebook that CaraNo's daughter passed away.  There aren't really any details, but I understand she was around a year old and her name was Kenzie.  They are all in my thoughts and prayers tonight.  My heart breaks for them.  Losing a child is every Mother's worse nightmare.
You held out your hand, and I took it without stopping to make sense of what I was doing. For the first time in almost a century, I felt hope.

I feel so bad for her.  One should never lose one's child, especially at such a young age.  :'(

Christ! Shot, what a horrible thing to happen at this time of the year. I can't imagine ever being able to celebrate Christmas in the same way again after something like this happening...Jesus, came on to rec a story but honestly can't even think about it now..Poor CaraNo.

What a great idea.  Definitely a night for snuggles :'(.

*nods* I just squeezed the ever loving crap out of my kids... my daughter said "why are you waking me up, mommy?" My reply "Cause I really need a hug and you are an awesome hugger."

I can't imagine how she must be feeling,  she miscarried a couple of months after Kenzie was born and now ten days before her first birthday, she loses her.  And around the holidays.

My heart is breaking for Cara :'(

Life is such a weird thing after all. You learn something really great and then you learn something really sad. I hope the Cara and her familly will be able to move past this eventually, my heart goes out to her. Familly is what matters at the end, best wishes to you all.

I had a horrible morning and have been in tears all day. News such as this really puts things in perspective. I'll stop moping and feeling sorry for myself right now.

As sad as this is, every child is a gift, even if we only have them for a short time. I hope family and friends will share happy memories which will get them through this difficult time.

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who has lost someone dear to them.
