Thanks! While waiting for replies, i read an O/S called In the Light of Day. It was very good, wish it was longer. Unfortunately, i dont know the author as it says orphan account. Her writing style reminds me of Jengreen/jen533/greeneyed girl. Beside that fic in my ibooks are other O/S of orphan acct called All Aboard as well as Stoli and sexpenders, both of which i havent read yet. Do you know the real author's name for these? Since they're short and am feeling sleepy already will read these 2 first before hitting the sack and calling it a day. Looking forward to starting The Real E.A. Masen tomorrow  :)

Oh, woke up my lazy a** to google sexpenders. These were by Tkegl!

Start reading the real E A MAsen now!!! I laughed out loud. I'm so sad she wrote the last chapter. Maybe a couple of out takes will come. I would drop everything to read it!

I read Mens Rea as a WiP, suffered through all the angst and then that ending :(.  So many readers complained that she wrote an alternate ending.  If you want a sort of HEA, read the alternate ending and skip the first one.  This was one of the stories that mad me cut way back on WiPs

Hello everyone.  I am new to the site, but in the time I have been here, I have seen at least 100 fanfics, some that I love.  I am looking for two fanfics and I only remember three facts about the stories.  In one:  Rosalie is Edward's sister visiting from England. In the other, (Sorry this gets a little graphic but..  Oh well)Edward is a smoker and Bella gives him oral, but right when he is going to...  you know, she grabs him and holds off his orgasm.  Bella is not quite a virgin as you can see, and when Edward asks her about it, she sais she learned from NOT ALLOWED and magazines.  I hope someone can help me.  Thank you for looking at this post.

Really feel kinda slow today, I cannot see where you locate the url on the ff favorites pages.  Do you have to enter each individually?  is there a different way to configure the ffdownloader?

so lost with this.......
Same as with FF downloader - right click on the story link, copy URL, paste it into the ff downloader.  Actually not as easy because with FF downloader? Yeah, as soon as you click copy? It automatically shows up in FF downloader.  Why I really love it.

So as I told RDMickey, I would not use this as the primary source to download, but it is perfect for those stories you are following that are WIPs.   ;D

I don't think I read the alternate ending. Probably cause I was still pissed off. The other fic that I had a tantrum over some plot twist was Unexpected Circunstances. I thought that the whole

was just unnecessary drama to get more reviews. I even had a list of things why that didn't have to happen. The fic was angsty enough without that happening. Those were the last fics that I really got invested.  Now if it is marked as tragedy/drama I either ask to be spoiled or read the last chapter first. I cheat all the time.

The difference between fics and books is that I have been reading about Edward and Bella since 2009. So you get attached to the characters.

This is going to drive me crazy because they both sound familiar.  Are you sure Rosalie was Edward's sister? And not marrying his brother?  Only then it could be The Weight of Words? You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

The other one has been a while since i read it, so I'm really blanking. They were in high school. And I don't think they really liked each other at the beginning.  Does this sound right? :banghead:

I don't normally read Savage unless she promises a happy ending.  She doesn't let the rules bother her, so her stories, though very well written, can go any way.   :-\

And sometimes her happy endings are not really that happy.  But they are well written.   :P ;D

Evening all. Long a.s.s. day at work. Just got home and I have to be back in in 6 hrs, so I have quickly skimmed today's postings.

I added a few wips to calibre last night. Mostly from TWCS.  Then since I was following a Drabble, and an update came later, I tried to download.  Even after I setup the personal.ini to remember my username and password for the sight, it still asks me on every dang update.  I haven't tried twilighted yet. Sigh...

I do love that calibre grabs the pics that are posted with the story and the banner. Maybe I will have more time to play the weekend.

Ella, love, I haven't even downloaded all those stories you grabbed for me since they are in google docs yet. Sigh, will I ever knock down my to do list any?  Never mind my attitude tonight girls.  I am past tired and for my Brit friends out there...I think you say knackered.

I really like Savage's stories, even though they aren't always Happy, because they make sense to me.  But  the ending in Mens Rea just came out of nowhere, and kind of made all that the characters went through to get there a waste.

I only read her fics now after being thouroughly spoiled. I want to read her last one, caged? But won't go near it until it was completed.

With UC I really thought she enjoyed pissing us off. Haven't read much of her stuff. You know when you are a teenager and were rebelling and wanted to shock your parents and peers? Just to get a reaction. I didn't think it added anything worthwhile. That's how I viewed that plot twist. :(

I too have read almost all of savage.. 99% of them as wips.  I think the only one of her's I have not read is Hide and Drink.  But I know too much about that one, and just haven't had the desire to read.  I can certainly tell that she has a pysc degree. She can really stir the pot so to speak.  She is great at getting an emotion out of you. No matter what emotion she tries to get.

I agree with the mens Rea bit. Totally blindsided and so much suffering for nothing.

That plot twist just about killed me as a wip.  I have read a lot of s.h.i.t.  Hard to read stuff like rape, etc, but that almost pushed me past my limit.  I waited over a week after the next update trying to decide if I was going to continue as a wip.  I did though although it never tasted the same after.  I just sent In Your World to my sister as well as UC.  She has only read a few and has trouble articulating what she likes.

She loved UOEM, but she read the books instead. She has now asked for more and read the book versions of Poughkeepise, the lost boys (grave refrain), the fifty books, etc. I sent her THe office and she has come back and said she likes more Ust.  I also just sent her Pound of Flesh.

Transcendence never even got my attention from the summary. Someone told me what happens.
I'll ask you later on about caged.

Just started reading A Pound of Flesh and I have to say that I can't seem to put it down... There are a few typos but what is life without a few typos  :P

It was a great fic.  I don't remember any typos but then again I read it over the last 29 months.  I do remember a few spelling items that you could tell she was British. Although it is still English, there are some words spelled different.

Paw and Peaches......sigh

If she likes UST, send her to Pure Revelations by georgialion.  It's still a WIP, but close to the end.  It's ALL UST until 80+ chapters.

Aaaaaaiiiiieeeee!!!  I just read a chapter of a WIP where the author says it's been beta'd. And I see this line...'Would her and Edward work out?'  Um NO!  Would she and Edward work out is what it should be.  I'm sorry but if you don't know English well enough to know that, you shouldn't be beta-ing. End rant.

This is why I love this place.  I really wanted to put that into the review, so I came here instead.  ;)
