I've just been really busy with the holidays so I haven't been on the computer very much.  Damn people forcing me to be social!!

Question for you ladies - do you actually read outtakes?  I seldom do.  Once the story is finished, I don't usually feel like reading something that happened earlier on.  Am I weird that way?

I don't like the outtakes either and usually don't read them.  And i'm all for one POV too. I like to only know what one character is thinking and be surprised right along with them! 

I did read the Hit by Destiny outtake that just posted and I was not impressed.  It didn't say anything that I didn't already know.   

They are as far from Twilight's Edward as Vincent Price.  I never fancied any of them either but I really enjoyed the stories and I've read her Harper Connelly Series too ( the psychic) I think Harris is a pretty solid writer overall.

I really loved her Shakespeare series also.  And I read a couple of her non-series mysteries that were also well written.  As I said, it was just the Sookie books I never got into for some reason.

Did you read them before or after Twilight? That might have played a part?

Or even more annoying is when they upload the out-takes after I've already Flagged or Calibred it as complete.

It's a really pain in the a s s when that happens, I usually already downloaded them when they are complete, and then suddenly I get and update mail since I don't remove the alerts 

But it's a good thing I don't although sometimes I do read the outtakes and want to keep the whole story complete

LOL I read a lot of m/m, if done right, it can be good. Different, but good.

I think before.  She only had about 3 books done when I read the first Sookie.  The other series were done or mostly done.  I had to wait for the last Harper one too.

Yeah, I just got a little bored after the second one.  I think it was more to do with Sookie than anything else.  She just didn't grab me as a character.  Though her characters always seemed a little depressed frankly.

I have been wanting to read them but haven't been in them mood I guess, maybe sometime I'll get to them

That wasn't even an outtake I don't think? Just saying there's been a PDF/epub copy made. Don't these authors know us PTS girls are on flagfic as soon as they hit complete? No waiting around for someone to compile a PDF for me.

Oh, no, there is an outtake. My bad, 3am is clearly not a good time for me. Though as a side note to this, does it bug anyone else when babies/children in fics are given really obscure names? Masen/Elizabeth/Carly all seem to be a given, but I've read some downright weird names and I just can't take the story seriously after that.

Actually not so much, I just wondered why Matron didn't approve of GOT twincest but brothers were OK, just genuine curiosity 
 

That's Chapter 32, 33 is definitely an out-take..And there is something in the water because TroubleFollows just posted an out-take for Friday At Noon! When did that complete?!

I feel ya sister! The Queen is horrid but somehow in the book the grand scale fantasy of it all makes it all seem...plausible but yeah it's still incest so...* whispers* shoot me over some rec's of hot brotherly love,
