I really liked Diva Diaries, it was a really well thought out story....Which brings me to another point. How many of you ladies mind non E+B coupling in a E+B HEA during the build-up of the story? Personally I really like it as it builds ST but I know there are some that only ever want E+B exclusivity once they've acknowledged each other.  Really interested to hear differencing opinions on this.

I don't mind if they're with other minor characters like Mike or Jessica or Tanya, but I like all of the main vamps to have HEA if they're mentioned in the story so I don't like it if Bella starts out with Jasper or Emmett.
You held out your hand, and I took it without stopping to make sense of what I was doing. For the first time in almost a century, I felt hope.

I dont like non EB coupling if they are married to diff people..I dont know but i never liked any of story with this type of situation.writers always made EB  cheaters, who slept with each other or attract to each other because of lust.  :sign0135:

I dont mind non E+B coupling if  they are DATING others & writer promise HEA for EB. 1 of my most fav story The Ex factor is with the same plotline.First 6-7 chapters were very difficult to read because of non E+B coupling & thier little steamy scene.  :P but after that WHOA what an amazing story. :great: that remind me , i am so sad that author of this story left fandom. She promised that she is gonna write sequeal.infact she had posted  2-3 teasers & she also said that she already decided whole storyline.but now its more than 2 year since her last message on profile. :brokenheart:

I loved her stories, all of them, and keep hoping she will return to finish Ragweeds.

Does anyone here know anything about Perry Maxwell.  I was reading her story Unrequited (a WiP, I know... I should know better) and she stopped updating in June.  I'm Just curious if someone knows what happened, and if she plans to continue.I guess I really need to stop reading WiPs but I can't seem to stop.

Been missing that one too.  I can't stop with the WIPS either, and have been disappointed many times.  I am curious too.   Maybe if no one here knows we could PM her.

I've not read Screamers, so I don't know if the two are similar, but I can rec'd This Is Not My Life by IsaKassees for meeting all your qualifications.

This is one of my absolute favs!  I read this as a WIP and I would reread all of the chapters in between updates.  The story and writing are wonderful.  I cried, cheered and laughed throughout the story.  IsaKassees's Lillybug is also one of my favorite fic kids.

Somebody was looking for a fic with a no strings attached type theme earlier.  This story starts out that way.

Yep, that was me! Thanks a lot dear :D

Thanks to whoever recommended The Ex Factor earlier in this thread!  I started it last night and am loving it already.   This is my second fan fic, but my first where E&B were with other people (in the beginning).

I've not read Screamers, so I don't know if the two are similar, but I can rec'd This Is Not My Life by IsaKassees for meeting all your qualifications.

No whiny Edward or Bella. Edward's a major DiLF as well as a rather terrific dad; and Bella's one incredibly strong woman, who you'd be hard pressed not to like. And it definitely has funny and angsty in equal measure. You'll find her characters spot on, including all the secondary ones - some of the funniest moments are between Charlie & Alice.

SUMMARY: Follow Bella as she tries to survive a madman's abduction and keep a stranger's child from succumbing to his wild fantasies, and follow Edward as he tries to stay sane searching for his daughter taken right before his eyes.

Rated: Fiction M - English - Angst/Hurt/Comfort - Bella & Edward - Chapters: 38 - Words: 315,889 - Reviews: 16,797 - Favs: 8,274 - Follows: 4,208 - Updated: 09-24-10 - Published: 11-27-09 - Status: Complete - id: 5540509

There is NO RAPE or CHILD ABUSE in this story.

IsaKassees is bloody brilliant writer and . . .
 I COMPLETELY LOVE THESE STORIES!!

Cheers!

Loved This is Not my Life, I definitely would read it again.  :)

It has it's angsty moments but as monamour said there is no CHILD ABUSE and does have a HEA

Loved Bella here. She was portraited as a very strong woman

Do you guys get upset when you review a a fic and the author doesn't answer you?

It bothers me when the fic is not very popular, so it's not like there are thousands of reviews to reply.
Sometimes, when the fic is underrated, even if its complete, I try to review many chapters. It's not like I think that the author should answer every one of them. Just acknowledge it.

Also when they take the time to answer my reviews I tend to review more.

If I have to choose between them responding to reviews and writing more of the story - I'll take more story every time.  Unless of course, I'm asking a question in my review that isn't begging for a plot reveal.  Or, if I PM them with a question, it would be nice to get an answer.

If I don't get a response, sometimes I'll check to see when they last updated a story.  They may no longer be associated with fanfiction.  There are a lot of writers that just leave & leave the stories there but have nothing more to do with it.  And sometimes they come back  ;D

And, as Ficfangirl says, I'd rather they update than reply.   ^-^

And if you did it recently, Nolebucgrl was saying in her AN that she was not getting notifications of the reviews & apologizing for not replying to all.  So there could be an issue with FFnet.  This happens every so often.  :-\

She is one of my favs.

I do know CaraNo never replies to reviews, though she does thank everyone for them in the AN.  But she also has a young baby and writes like a crazy person.  ;)
