When I saw your rec I was about to wax on about how much I loved True Love Way and it was one of my favourite HS twifics and then I realised this is not TeamBella's True Love Way but a completely different author. Yeah it sound really different! The blinking AN has typos and the sentence structure is shot to hell. It does not bode well, this will not be added to the pile..

On another note if ever there was a No Matter How Big An Arsehole, As Long As Your Name Is Edward Cullen? It's All Good story then Surviving Bella is it

But God, I loved it! Though I now have to wait for the sequel which I don't love, so much. Anyone who hasn't read it should shimmy it up their TBR list pronto! Upwards!

Watch this space; I've got something in the works. ETA is a couple of weeks - needs a decent chunk of code-writing time from me to finish it - but once it's sorted, FLAG should be pretty much un-blockable by ffnet.
If you keep an eye on the FLAG homepage, the status message there is updated regularly. Twitter less often (via @flagfic), as I don't like mass-spamming all my followers with minor updates, but any major announcements will go on Twitter too.

As things stand currently, FLAG is serving all ffnet stories from cache (which has the bonus of also including a few pulled stories). Anything that was previously downloaded by any FLAG user in the last couple of months should work OK, but may be missing the latest chapters - basically if you check the 'last updated' date on the copyright page of the ebook file, any chapters that were posted after that date will be missing from the file.

If you click on Profile, and then Modify Profile and then look and layout, you can choose the option of showing users' avatars and signatures.

That would have been handy to know back in the day when we were being bombarded with massive signatures that were pink and sparkly and boybandy and took up half the screen, but it would also mean that I wouldn't see Loopy's display of abporn.

What a dilemma!

I'm currently reading Coming Through The Rye by Mac214. I think the Scottish accent is so sexy, being from the South end of the UK it's almost a different language! But reading it? Or I should say a phonetic representation of the Scottish accent? Yeah not easy, at ALL! But so far an OK story.

After finishing Ava Lore's Rock Arrangement (3.5 stars), i decided to scroll down to my oldest downloaded fanfics. Opened one, checked the no. of pages, close, move on to next, repeat. Until i came upon Died and Gone to Heaven by Doutrustme. A 116 page PDF file and after reading just a few lines, was hooked. It's quite funny and sweet, can't wait to finish it

How did you know about me holding my own sh*t - I blame being given those damn brownies from the very nice naked man at Glastonbury for that.
Okay, maybe I was holding my own sh*t in that sense of the word but I did up taken most of my clothes off and running around telling peeps that I was the Messiah so they had to bow down and worship me.

Who knows what happened after that as I woke up with a tampon in my nose and right ear.

I don't remember anyone hating on Tailward but I do remember it took some getting used to thinking Twiward - Tailward, Twiward- Tailward, Twiward - Tailward...But once you stop thinking Edward from anything to do with Twilight or 'earth' at all and just read it as a standalone story it because easier to enjoy and I loved it. But yeah, not that many ladies here were able to get their heads round Twiward with a a tail!

Dead and Gone to Heaven was a great story. Really funny, and sweet, especially the opening chapter.....

Something I've been wondering about all day. The violin from the Titanic is being auction off on Saturday (reserve price £250,000), but considering it was being played as the ship went down (we've all seen the films; stoic, stiff upper lip, quartet playing the passengers to their untimely death) how did it get back to dry land?
