I did read correctly that there is a sequel to it, right?  Is the sequel good?   Is there anything I should know about the end of GD?  Like for example, don't read the epilogue or something like with Wide Awake?

KEEP READING!!! It's good, right? When I read GD, the sequel was still in the works, so I didn't start it and didn't feel any rush to as it doesn't end with a cliffie. I didn't realize that Hungry Light was finished until recently since kiyaraven didn't press that lovely complete button. I think I'll read that after I finish the two fics I'm still working on.

The notification for Fictionpad works!!! hope they can host more stories/writers and provide easier search capability/user experience so we can leave FFN for good!!!

Right at this point, I can't see using fictionpad to read stories.  It is not an easy site to use, I don't like the popup window with a limited amount of writing on each page.  Since I normally read on my phone and it is totally unusable.  I looked at Copy Room by Edward's Eternal.  It read like this:

I'm serious, this is one of those stories where you are just waiting for shit to hit the fan. I was thinking 'OMG something so bad is going to happen, can't wait' but nothing really happened and when it did it just ended. I don't know if something happened that the story was finished abruptly.

And I don't know if you guys know this but it seems that flag fic is working again! 

If I can download fanfics all is right and I don't care about anything else. 

That was me... It is one of my fav's of after BD.  But it did end abruptly.  I complained to Dooba about it a bit.  She said it was always the plan to end it that way.  So, I didn't know what else to say. [/spoiler][/spoiler]

I'm glad Flagfic seems to be working again.  Just to let you know, it always worked for stories updated before 10/10/13.  FFnet changed something on that date so that everything uploaded on 10/10 or later is not updating.  So if the story was mostly written before 10/10, everything will download but the chapters updated after 10/10.  Also, any stories written prior to 10/10 will download without a problem. 

Other options are Fanfiction Downloader - a really great stand alone program you install on your computer. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

Storymaster - he normally emails the stories to you.  Can take a while - days- depending on the backlog.

Fanfiction Downloader online app - this is actually the same open source app that is used in the program above and the Calibre plugin, just online.  You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

And of course Calibre's plugin.  FFnet changed something on Sunday morning that blocked FFDL - they wrote a new version Sunday afternoon, so make sure you have the newest version or you will be having the same problems as Flagfic.  And it is a little slower because of the work arounds they did when FFnet blocked them last month.

Hope this helps.  Once Flagfic is fixed, I do have to say I like it better than Storymaster and the online app.  But I always prefer stuff on my computer to using someone else's computer.  That is a personal thing.

It weird' when I started I reading twific I was less canon that I am now; I even read a Japer/Bella! I've only remembered as I'm going up my Calibre Library and seen some of the stuff I've read. But I still can read a good Non-HEA, but it has to be GOOD!

Unless it's a one-shot, I'm going to stick with Ella and the HEAs for E&B. I don't need green-eyed babies, but I do need hope.
