Even Emancipation Proclamation was sooooo heavy but for me, it was well written and had HEA so it was worth the read.

First of all, I want to say how thrilled I am to have discovered this site, since it feeds right into my Twific obsession. I've found so many stories I've heard about, and now get to enjoy because of the index and everyone being so great about sharing.

Thanks so much for explaining the level of angst in Dusty. I've read all the stories you mentioned and could get through the angst, even though i wasn't thrilled with the ending of EP. After hearing about Dusty for so long, I actually started reading it yesterday, but have now deleted it. The level of angst you talk about is not for me. I need my HEA darn it!

That being said, does anyone have a favorite HEA story they wish to recommend? I can definitely read angst, but I need my happy place at the end. Thanks!!

Man, is this fic LONG! 2,607 epub pages. Started it last night, am only at 615. But, i am really liking the story and writing. The first 2 chaps pulled me in and didn't want to stop so here i am trudging along...talk about UST, they haven't had sex yet! Only became BF/GF on the last 2 chaps i finished. I did skim some as it sometimes tells the same scene in another POV but was interesting as its not always EPOV or BPOV. One of the other 4 would show their perspective instead of B or E. 

Oh my gosh.... laughing so hard. 

I actually love a hefty dose of angst, but I have to have my HEA at the end or I just can't invest that much emotion into reading!   I've heard too many people disappointed with the Dusty ending for me to give it a chance at this point.  I'll admit I'm insanely curious about it, but I'm just afraid I will want to go hide under a rock for a year or something after I read it.

Yes! Angst is good (so long as it's not just over the top, problem after problem after problem just for the sake of angst), so long as I get my romance and my HEA.

Dasbaiyo, i was sorely tempted to ask you the size of that unique body part that makes you a male,  but that would be way too intrusive already.  So, my additional question to the only guy i know in this thread is:
