I am thinking of gifting myself with an ipad air for my 45th bday in April (yup, am old). It's the same screen size but lighter...

Hi Booked,

Just to let you know I just bought the new iPad air and to me the only difference is that it's thinner. I find it to be heavier than the other iPads....but mine does have the protective case on maybe that's why it feels heavy.

Yeah....I'm a little behind here let's see if I can catch up before my husband comes home from work.....

Right now I feel like I've almost exhausted myself of finding anything that hasn't been read, excluding a large majority of fics uploaded here that I've yet to get to. I think the last thing I read and would add to the list of fics to remember was Look How You Turned Out by counselor.

The last two I enjoyed were 2 vampfics that I mentioned here. And, though I enjoyed them, they weren't the best written stories. The last set of vampwards? Yeah, flounced that. I made it to halfway through the 3rd in the series before I had it.

LOL, agree the case makes all the difference on the weight

we have tried the ipad case but it added so much weight and bulk plus its hard to hold when you are using it bec the cover is folded at the back.
i find that the original ipad cover is the best bec it is easily detachable. i just bought a silicone/plastic back cover (made in china, very cheap yet durable). If i do get the ipad air, will look for the equivalent back cover to pair with an original ipad air cover. it keeps it light and still protected

Charlie and Edward want their Heineken because they don't drink that fancy imported beer. Bwahahaha. Last time I checked? To a Washingtonian, Heineken IS fancy imported beer.

Then I checked. TheSaintsMistress is from South Africa. I guess she doesn't know Heineken is German.
