I haven't read it yet but it's high on my TBR as I really like her stories-- especially The Butterfly Effect, The Rookie and her AH Carlisle and Bella fic The Spaces Between Notes.

I just read The Boy at Table Seven and it is REALLY good. Edward and Bella are written well and the storyline is good. I laughed, I cried, the story ends well and the epi is just what it should be! (i don't want to give anything away).

And I'm also making my way through these stories for the Make Me Laugh contest on ff.net. So far, they're mostly cute and fluffy--nothing to make me LOL yet-- but they've all been good!

Hi all!
I'm looking for some good Vampward fics. I've read creature of habit and I think it's called Grasping Darkness? I like dark Edward and fics where they're not in H.S. Can anyone recommend some good ones? Thanks!

I've been on a Vampward kick lately though it's hard to find a good one.

One of my favorite series is the Broken Angel series by drotuno You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login It starts out as if Edward didn't come back until Bella was 20. After the first bit of angst, there is a lot going on, but Edward and Bella don't have a lot of problems. There are LOTS of lemons.

I recently read Follow You Into the Dark by GuineaPigBarbie You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login Bella's mother gives her up and she is adopted by the Vampire Cullens as a young child. But Edward was not there while she was growing up. He comes back when she is 18. Not the best writing but it was enjoyable enough to finish.

Sacrificial Lamb by Nolebucgrl You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login
A redo from the end of Eclipse on. The training of new vamp Bella has some really funny moments and Bella's power is kind of cool Though it really doesn't show up until near the end. It's not my favorite Nolebucgrl story *cough WWF/WWS cough* but it was an enjoyable read.

Edward is turned at the beginning of the book. He is not 107 years old and is not part of the Cullens though they later bring him in. He doesn't have any memory of anything before waking up as a vamp. It was pretty good.

This was really cute. Edward is a private eye. He finds cats and stuff like that. Definitely funny.

This was a great story. The Cullens find a vampire Edward starving in the forest and try to help him. It is very angsty but good with an HEA.

If you want a dark Vampward, Hide and Drink by Savage 7289 might fit the bill. I haven't actually read it but everything I have read by Savage is great. Though she is usually very angsty and her Edwards are a little different. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

I don't read too many really angsty fics, so not a lot of Darkwards. But hopefully you'll find something good in here. Okay, shoot. One of these stories I read recently had the Volturi show up in a minivan. It is really funny. I thought it was Follow You Into the Dark, but no, not that one. Sigh. I get so mixed up after a while.

He's kinda always an arsehole - but I didn't hate him for the entire fic, and you get to find out why he is the way he is.

I like that he doesn't just fall in love and then become this saint - it was far more realistic and

Quite possibly every Australian household has at least one packet of Tim Tams in their pantry or fridge at all times. I read this OS and I'm sure not many if you will like it , and I didn't really like either but it was an okay read, I mean for the time period it was okay although some things make me cringe and the ending was a bit unrealistic but it fanfiction after all.

So last night on my quest for more chocolatey goodness I came across an AMAZING recipe for a giant Tim Tam replica cake. It is so awesome. My son is turning 15 in a couple of weeks so I think I might bake this for him (just call me Sky/Nastya lol) as he can hoover a pack in one sitting. He practically inhales the stuff.

It was cute and short. An easy read. I guess it's an HEA, it kind of ends abruptly to me. But most will consider it an HEA. She says she doesn't do lemons, so maybe that's why it seems like something is missing. I need my lemon at the end.

I'd need to go back and check but I don't think Mens Rea isn't HEA. The copy I read had an alternate ending, and I think that alternate ending version was not HEA, but the main story was HEA. Can't guarantee other than my deciding that the story ended with the HEA storyline version and that it was a really good fic that was worth reading. I did read both endings though and one made me ball my eyes out. Maybe that's what you heard about.
