This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Okay, here is a place to discuss what you are reading, ask for recommendations and complain about the writing.

Well, I'm working my way through EP. Half of me wants to flounce and the other half is interested enough to keep going. Or at least to hope something happens soon. I'm on page 459. And there are another 1700 pages or so?

It just is kind of stupid. They are supposedly mafia, but it is just the regular characters with a not so nice Carlisle. So though I'm liking the E/B interactions? The rest is annoying. And the SPaG errors. Sigh.

Maybe I should take a break and read something else for a while...

Keep with it Ella, I've read both Sempre and EP and yesterday I read Principessa (quick read, extra novella) Yes there are a lot of SPaG errors but the story is heartfelt. Do NOT take 'a break', I know that's euphemism for flounce!

Keep with it Ella, I've read both Sempre and EP and yesterday I read Principessa (quick read, extra novella) Yes there are a lot of SPaG errors but the story is heartfelt. Do NOT take 'a break', I know that's euphemism for flounce!

Sometimes I actually go back and finish things that I take breaks from.....

But I started Cotton Creek right before I started EP. Hmm, now that I think about it, I was reading something on my other Kindle and something on my tablet. Sigh. I should actually finish something....

Thanks! If it didn't have that stuff, then I think I know what Redemption will be about. Sounds like it was split in 2 and more waiting for me, but December will be busy. (I'm still on pins & needles waiting for Gabriel's Redemption RD 3 Dec). I always wait for a series to complete before starting the first one. I am not a patient woman.

Okay, I will give it a chance. There are so many things I don't like about the story. But I do like the interaction between Edward and Bella. It's similar to Torn in some ways.

You do know I only read the last chapter in New Moon when rereading? Yeah. I skip the whole thing. Though I like the end of the movie when Edward's half naked. The wrong half, though ..oops! did I say that out loud?

I am not the angst-hoor like a lot of you. I tend to prefer fluff. *cough wimp cough*

Oh, I don't know. The chest is nice, too. And with the upper half uncovered, it's a little easier to pay attention to what's going on.

You know this by now, but EP isn't fluffy. (yes, understatement of the year).

Still worth reading though.
