I just read a review for My Mr. manny By Jennifer Garcia. This was a fic right? I think I started one that sounds a lot like this. Anyone know the name of the fic, if this was one? Thanks

I'm only in chapter 1 but I've already laughed so much. I loved the descriptions...
I think this will be a very funny time...

 

That sounds really like a good laugh! I flagged this already, but it's not on my actual TBR-list. So many other fics to read first.

A little quote from Wallbanger which made me laugh: "The pure pleasure of this, the absolute pleasure of felling his reaction to me was enough to make my head split in two."  So, is this a common s.e.x phrase somewhere for something very pleasurable? Because having a scull fracture during giving a BJ sure sounds awefully painful!     

I'm yet planning ahead for after finishing Wallbanger. I'm thinking of starting Puddle Jumping by 107yearoldvirgin or Dear Bella by lellabeth.

There are an awful lot of painful descriptions in lemons... 
And I don't mean the pleasurable painful kind 

I'm always waiting for the dentist when "our lips crashed together", and all the ripped panties? What cheap low quality stuff is Bella bying? That should hurt!


I don't plan my next story to read. My calibre is so full, I fill my kindle with random stories and then read what title / summary catches my eye. There are some stories on it I want to reread but I aways get sidetracked... 

Bella's panties really must be flimsy!  I wouldn't want ripped panties each time I get a little action! What a waste of resources! 

Unplanned reading doesn't work for me at the moment. I get sidetracked too much and need at least an idea of the summary or the genre and if it's worth the read (I consider the recs here and of a few friends on FB). But I'm too lazy to search through my Calibre on my own or to look for the summary myself...or I get lost in my Calibre and spend too much time with re-organizing my fics. So, at the moment I look either for recs or for unread classics. At least I try to read only fics which I have already on my Sony. But it's fruitless to minimize my TBR-list. My hoarding is always in the way. Since I flag so much, my mind is in constant hurry: You just flagged 100 new fics! You have to read faster! And there are still so many pulled fics to hoard and read!  OCD much!

I want a story to that car sticker!

I KNOW I've read a fic like that. But I don't remember author or title.

I don't think it's 8 days a week by 107yearoldvirgin. I haven't read that yet.

But a fic where Bella has 1 child and Edward was a broker or something and starts as her nanny? Yeah, definitely remember that.

This is one of the very few contests I read before hand and actually voted. Some of these were not a surprise once I discovered the authors name after the fact. It also showed me that even in a blind reading test, some of my favs were from authors I love anyway. Kinda proves I liked the writing, not just because of who wrote it.

Also in this contest I discovered some new authors and will be exploring their works in the future.

Overall a very neat experience.

You have no idea how proud I was to see our Lauren's fic as one of the ones that you selected. I nearly jumped on here and outed her that day!

I keep seeing a pic of a countdown to #Diorrob but I can't find the actual countdown anywhere. I want to know an actual time, because 1 September here is in 25 1/2 hours but it's not 1 September in other parts of the world for days!
