This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Was it PK? It sounds like something she'd say, plus, well she's Australian.

OK I also have to amend my supposition that I was not going to enjoy TNGUS, I was wrong; the dialogue is really, really on point and funny! Really smart, but it takes a few chapters for the writer to get into her swing but by Chp13 she is practically Tarzan. Loving it I just hope it continues...

Then she took it to the next level, going for an awkward exchange with Zac Efron.

"The only thing that would make this better is if Zac Efron took off his shirt right now and came and kissed me," Rebel said, as a confused Efron trotted over with his co-presenters for the next award, Seth Rogen and Danny McBride.

Efron offered Rebel a peck on the cheek, which wasn't good enough for our host.

"You want to give me Australian kiss now? It's like a French kiss but down under," Rebel said.

I took a quick break from TNGUS (real quick, as in still open on my iPad beside me!) to read this and I can't make up my mind if this Edward is in fact a pedo?! And if the fact that I floved this very short, touching, well written story means that I would go so far as to forgive Edward even that? A thing that normally makes me want to castrate a person without anaesthetic. Come on? Surely, surely not?. Someone else read this story and tell me I shouldn't be ashamed of myself!

Anchalee, have you read her multi-chap Mirror Mirror? Just wandered what it's like as I really like her writing style...

Oops. I think I caused the confusion about Wallbanger because I wrote about his being cute and sweet. But you are right, he's quite a manh00r in the beginning. I tend to forget that some people might not like that. Thanks for clearing this up!

I only skimmed this when it was a WIP as I'm following so many so I can't wait to read this properly now it's complete.
I really liked it, but I think it all went so fast... it's hard to find it believable (I know it doesn't have to be) but still, what are the chances of that actually happening.

I agree that it felt rushed overall. I didn't get as invested in the story as I normally do. I just finished and am feeling a bit empty. For their feelings to have been real, it would have taken more time. I read the outtakes also and that helped a little, but not much. At least it was written well.
