This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Okay, here is a place to discuss what you are reading, ask for recommendations and complain about the writing.

I love the fact that even in the A/N there's a mistake - I couldn't stop laughing but I'm blaming that hormones as I laughed for a full 5 minutes today when our dog Mama Cass was trying chase Kevin Bacon around the garden, which happens most days anywhere.

Anyhoo here it is:

This is new for me. I don't normally write one shots, but British-ward wouldn't leave me along so I could concentrate on my other fictions. So here is this one shot that I hope you enjoy!

I want to know where he wouldn't leave her along, maybe it was along the side of the road.

It's not the worst I've read (need I remind you of pink-tutu-wearing masturbating Charlie?) but yeaah, it is a pretty big pile of steaming

I'll skim the sequel and let you know what you might be missing

Errr? I don't remember a tutu wearing Charlie...what story is that? The only cross dressing Charlie I've read is Aha Shakes, but that was so funny it's in my top 10 fic..

I really liked the Dark Goddess by Lissa Bryan. I haven't read her other stuff, but I've heard good things about her other stories.

It was definitely different though.

I liked her stories, I remember writing to her all fan girl ( or at least the fanfiction equivalent) and she never responded.

I really enjoy this woman's writing. Written in the Stars - floved it. The Selkie Wife - loved it. Dark Goddess - really liked it. After finishing DG last night, I started The Better Angels of Our Nature and am really enjoying it so far--on chapter 12. I checked her blog, and she's published two RL books, so maybe she doesn't have too much time to PM people, but I can understand going all fangirl on her. I made a comment on her blog, which she thanked me for. WitS is definitely one of my all-time favorite fics. I read that she's been encouraged to P2P it, but she says she wrote it for the fandom and is keeping it there. You can download all her fanfiction on her regular website promoting her RL books. I like that she's proud of her FF roots. So I can't speak for her RL books, but her ff is so original. Her ideas are kind of out there, but she really makes them work. I'd rec all the ones I mentioned above. (Links are below the spoiler if you're interested.)

Actually, I did save some of the other stories - they sounded good. I think she tried to make Edward English and it wasn't authentic - and then the pindick issue

I like that Alice is a physic who can see the future. Except the bit before says she's a designer.

I'm so confused!

It is a new game. I haven't played it, so can't answer any other questions.

The button, for those who haven't found it, is along the blue line at the top of the page, somewhere between Home and Profile.

Just been having a quick read on it and apparently we "battle" each other and when someone "attacks" you a certain amount you "die".
In everyone's profile there is an attack "button" and it looks like this:

I'm sure that we've all though about killing someone on here at one time or another.
