This is the new thread as the other was sooo long and had lots of pages. Continuation of our wonderful discussions on Twilight Fanfiction, Books, and Life in general. But mostly Twilight fanfics... and life stuff that will get me a NOT ALLOWED statement.

Okay, here is a place to discuss what you are reading, ask for recommendations and complain about the writing.

It didn't bother me that they were smoking weed or drinking. That's normal for teens. But not angsty. Just boring to me. When I was a teen, I used to hang with my older sister & her friends. I sat and watched as they smoked weed & drank beer. I didn't like either. But the music was good. And my parents let her go if she took me because she was the responsible one LOL!

Probably if I read more, it may have gotten better. But if it hasn't grabbed me by the 3rd chapter, I'm looking for something new.

I FLOVE Biffy (that sounds dirty ) - my fave songs of theirs are Bubbles and Get F*cked Stud.

God and Satan is another favorite also. The crowds they draw are incredible and their live performances ive hunted down on YouTube are just amazing

As for the rest of it, at one point it felt like PWP

Now that would bother me the most - PWP for a whole story is just boring. I've flounced for that a lot. Doing coke? Unless it fits with the story line? Yeah it would bother me if Bella or Edward were doing it. I think some writers think to themselves "what's the angstiest thing I could have happen to them ....and they add it all.

Oh my god how much I've missed this place!!!

And how much has happened.......part four!!!

Finally I can say that I'm on vacationn!!!!!! I've passed the exam that had given me problems in the last months! Girls... happy doesn't even cover the way I feel!

I had to pass it and now I can do the rest of the exams that this one was bloccking!

I've decided to postpone the next one in september so I can breath a little

Wow ladies! Thanks for introducing me to this great band, and the beautiful Simon Neil. So, if you were to recommend one album by Biffy Clyro which would it be?

I'd say a good album of theirs to start with is Only Revolutions. It's probably the most mainstream album of theirs and there are plenty of songs on there you can sing along with.

So it's probably a good one to start with.
